GEOLOGIST (GEO)
• Male, S1 Degree in Technical Geology with GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 1 year experience as geologist.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Software literate such as Map Info, Auto Cad, Mine-Scape will be an advantage.
• Have capabilities to write a geological report with standards report for each drilling report and exploration report, etc.

SENIOR MINE ENGINEERING (SME)
• S1, university degree in Mine Engineering.
• Min 5 - 7 years experience in mining industry.
• Computer literate - Windows Office Suite, special software similar to Surpac & AutoCAD.
• Should be familiar with Indonesian Mine Regulation & also well informed about main companies involved in Indonesian mining industry.
• Independent, open minded, creative & practical.

MINE PLAN ENGINEER (MPE)
• S1 Degree in Mine Engineer with GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Mine Planning Design.
• Male preferable with minimum age 23 – 35 year.
• Software literate such as AutoCAD, Mine-Scape, Design and Surpac.
• Good analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.

SENIOR GEOLOGIST (SG)
• Male, S1 degree majoring in Geological Engineering from reputable universities.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Natural Resources/Coal Mining.
• Age between 35 - 40 years old.
• Good knowledge in Geologist Software/ Exploration (Map info, Mine Comp, Mine-Scape, Surpac, etc).
• Good analytical thinking and software literate is a must.

MINE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (MOS)
• Male, age minimum 26 years old.
• S1 from Mine/Civil Engineering, but education will be taken into consideration.
• Minimum 5 years experience in handling Mine Operations.
• Extensive knowledge in operating heavy equipment.
• Strong Leadership and excellent communication skills.

MINE PRODUCTION ENGINEER (MPE)
• S1 Degree from Mine Engineering.
• 2 years experience in the same field/coal mining industry.
• Good skills in mine planning and geological modeling by using software system or Familiar with surveying software (such as Surpac, Minescape Map Info).
• Hard worker and able to work in team environment displaying leadership.
• Possess excellent communications skills both Indonesian and English.
• Computer literate is a must.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (GDP)

• Experience in stockpile management, crushing, loading and unloading coal.

Vacancies exist within Geology Department for the position of:

1. SUPERINTENDENT GEOTECHNICAL

Key elements of the position include:
• Collect, analyses and model regional geotechnical information in order to meet the requirements of the LOM Plan, the 1 to 5 Year Mine Plan, the Annual Reserve Statement, Indonesian Government Statutory regulations and KPC Corporate requirements;
• Establish geotechnical monitoring system to ensure all pit walls are sate for people and equipments
• Provide timely and reliable geotechnical advice and recommendations to mine and civil planners, mine operations and infrastructure development in order to optimize pits and dumps for the maximum, safe extraction of the coal resources;
• Collect, analyses and model data on the Acid Mine Drainage (AMD) potential of the overburden in order to allow for proactive planning, scheduling and selective placement of the Over Burden in the waste dumps according to the KPC Rehabilitation Specifications;
• Maintain and update the geotechnical database to be used for future development resource in geotechnical model.

Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualifications in Mine Engineering, Civil Geotechnical or Geology are essential with minimum 8 years extensive experience and proven skills in large open cut mining operations;
• Good People Management and Leadership skills;
• Well developed written and oral communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia) to deal with a wide range of personalities internally and externally;
• Appropriate financial knowledge to manage a large operating budget;
• Sound decision making skills to address a variety of management issues;
• Excellent computer skill such as MS Windows, Excel, Words and geotechnical software;
• Project Management skill

2. SUPERINTENDENT MINE GEOLOGY

Key elements of the position include:
• Coordinate, control and schedule field geology and computer modeling activities to achieve set objectives, contribute to the Division s success and provide professional specialized services.
• Maintain understanding of current innovations/technology in the geological field to apply on project, assist with geological modeling and resource estimation activities and resolve specified technical issues.
• Plan, manage and monitors the units budget to secure management approval, maintain costs within expenditure guidelines and identity as well as correct anomalies.
• Negotiate with contractors and consultants to secure services and technical advice within time and cost parameters.
• Review the units activities, through meeting and site visits, to ensure field geology project on the leasehold satisfy operational guidelines, monitor progress against key objectives and provide specialist advice as required.

Qualifications:
• Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Geology, Solid work experience as a geologist, that is eight years plus experience. Ideally exposure to evaluation geology, drilling operation, coal explorations, analysis and knowledge of the coal industry within Indonesia.
• Recognition of knowledge and experience as solid coal resource evaluation and modeling.
• An appreciation of geological/geotechnical models and methodologies.
• Project and people management, excellent planning, analytical and organization skills.
• Thorough knowledge of coal mining terminology and physical characteristics of coal.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English
• Being a Member or Fellow of AusIMM will be highly regarded

MINE PLANNING ENGINEER

This position reports directly to the Mine Engineering Manager and the role will involve the development of mine, infrastructure and reclamation plans in concert with other mining engineering staff. This position carries on through the project development up to and including operations.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Reasonable level of problem solving, hands on approach, able to motivate and lead a team
• High level of computer literacy skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Surpac, Micromine, Whittle. Candidates with experience in comparable mine planning software should also apply.

4. Review Client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the Project quality system are understood and implemented.

a. Underground Project Geologist (Kalgoorlie Australia, Client to provide the Visa)

Requirement:
• Relevant mine geology and gold experience
• Knowledge of surface and underground mining techniques and practices
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of occupational health and safety legislation and practices
• Previous management skills with a large multidisciplinary workforce
• Sound verbal communication skills, including listening, consultation and negotiation.
• Excellent prioritization and problem solving skills.
• Good delegation and personnel management skills.
• Excellent planning, implementation and reviewing of assigned tasks and targets.
• Highly motivated to work with other departments. Communicating and resolving issues to achieve maximum head grade within other operational constraints
• Ability to manage and motivate personnel as part of a professional, technical team
• Experience with drilling techniques and contract supervision
• Competent knowledge and experience in sampling, block modeling and advanced grade estimation techniques
• Applicants must be willing to work in Perth, Western Australia

Key Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for Safety, costs, Resources, Reserves, reconciliations and grade predictions from Mt Charlotte underground. Safety and continuous improvement systems for the company geology department.


b. Project Engineer (Perth Australia, Client to provide the Visa)

Requirement:
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, civil).
• Experience in construction/installation of Underground Mining facilities.
• Familiar with Underground Mining construction specifications.
• Familiar with HSE requirements for working underground.
• Relevant on site industry experience e.g. resources, maintenance or engineering and construction industry.
• Computer literacy.
• Willing to work in Perth, Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer provides engineering services and project management support for engineering and construction projects. The Project Engineer provides advice and support to staff involved on the project (or contract) and coaching and mentoring to other less experienced engineering staff.



c. Senior Process Metallurgist - Zinc & Copper

Requirement:
• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy.
• At least 5 years experience in Chemical Engineering role or similar role is essential.
• Experience in the mining/ resources industry would be desirable.
• Superior skill with Microsoft Excel and Project is essential.
• Excellent English oral and written.
• Must be willing to work in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
To provides technical advice and consultative services to the Manager and operating/Superintendents for the metallurgical operation of the each/ Electrolysis/ Casting/ Copper plants with respect to the production of Zinc and Copper. And also require to identify areas of technical improvements and provides solutions to processing/metallurgical problems within the plants. This also includes providing leadership and technical expertise to identified projects to meet both short and long term goals.



d. Civil/ Structural Designer

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Design (Civil/ Structural) Engineer.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in mining is required.
• Philosophy of steel, concrete and foundation design.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Perth, Australia.
• Excellent English – Oral and written.


e. Electrical Lead Designer

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in material, handling/ports is required.

f. Mechanical Designer

Requirements:
