Job Title Brand Marketing Manager

5-7 years in high-performing, customer-focused environment, especially managing consumer brands. FMCG marketing experience or business to customer automotive experience is preferred, including evidence of mid/long-term brand equity development. Mastery on trade/channel/customer mktg is highly preferred – with successful track record in significant growth of channel as evidence.
Evidence of strong commercial acumen, especially in marketing and sales roles, with evidence of track record for over-delivery on financial targets.
Demonstrated experience brand strategy development is required
Prior experience delivering impact and efficiency across marketing mix elements is required, including media, digital, PR, promotion. Demonstrating good understanding of leveraging product portfolio, pricing and distribution in increasing brand profitability with evidence of financial growth is required.
Experience developing brand/sector strategy and managing longer-term innovation/development cycle – including evidence of successful brand launch or revitalization
