Recruitment Superintendent
Coordinating the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recruitment process.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Bussines Management, & other management discipline
· Minimum of 7 years relevant experience associated with recruitment and development programme
· The candidate will have an understanding of Performance Management & Talent Management
· Deep knowledge for Organization Development & Man Power Planning
· Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, self-motivated working environment
· Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).

Transshipment Supervisor
The appointee will be responsible to the Shipping Manager & PFSO for supervising the loading unloading coal activities from barges to mother vessel / OGV (Ocean Going Vessels) and coordinating the transportation to the coal transshipment point.

Requirements :

· Max 30 years old
· ANT III qualification
· Majoring Nautic
· Fluent in English
· Max 2 years working experience as officer in International liner, shipping agency or stevendoring company will be advantage.
· Will be relocate to Berau

Tender Supervisor
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description : Responsible for bidding process to provide material support for company operations.
c. Job Responsibilities :

· Invite prospective contractor to participate in the tender.
· Provide Documents Legality / administrative aspects Bidders to Tender Superintendent.
· Negotiations with prospective contractors / Bidders.

d. Job Requirement

Education : Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering, economic, accounting
Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :

· Have a good communication skill.
· Have a good knowledge of coal mining operation.
· Have a good structured analysis and problem solving
· Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).

Environment Supervisor
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description :

Responsible to supervise revegetation business activities, ranging from activities Nursery, Planting, Maintenance and Monitoring

c. Job Responsibilities :

· Planning needs of nursery seedlings in terms of the number and type of seed.
· Planting plan activities (pioneer plant, inserts plant and cover crops plant).
· Oversee procurement activities in nursery seedlings.
· Planning manpower requirements for each activity.

d. Job Requirement :

Education : Bachelor Degree in agriculture, environment engineering, forestry.
Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :

· Have a certificate of competence POP would be advantage.
· Have a good ability to operate MS office.
· Have a good knowledge of the post-mining land revegetation activities.
· Have a good knowledge of AMDAL C.
· Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).


Internal Audit Supervisor
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description :

Responsible to supervise the implementing operational audits, financial audits and audit investigations, the observance of the rules and regulations of the Company.

c. Job Responsibilities :

· Conduct audits in accordance with the audit plan.
· Ensure the validity of the evidence found.
· Communicate audit findings to the audit manager.
· Ensure compliance and implementation procedures in the overall audit process.

d. Job Requirement

Education : Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy, Engineering, IT-SAP
Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :

· Have a certificate of CIA would be advantage.
· Have a good experience in auditing.
· Have a good knowledge of coal mining industries.
· Have a good analytical and enquiry skill.
· Have a good ability to analyze problems.
· Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).

Internal Audit Manager
Managing financial, operational, system and process audits of the company's business units and outsourced operation. Responsible for planning, executing and completing audit fieldwork according to establised scedule.

Requirement :

· Requires degree in accounting, finance, or any related field
· Big 4 background
· Experience in internal audit
· Direct people management skills
· CPA, CIA or Chartered Accountancy is highly desirable
· Minimum of 7 solid years of experience in Audit (ekternal or internal)

Geology Evaluator
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description :

Responsible to implement geological modeling process and computation resources based on geological data and the progress of mining, control and monitoring of the geological model in opening pits.

c. Job Responsibilities :

· Make a general correlation for the initial exploration plan.
· To evaluate and make a plan exploration in the area responsibility.
· Processing geological modeling after gets data validation results from Geology Analyzer.
· Construct geological models and quality models.

d. Job Requirement

Education : Bachelor Degree in Geology.
Experience : Min 3 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :

· Have a good knowledge of the company's program that is used for geological modeling (minescape) along with other supporting software.
· Have a good knowledge of technology in general support activities such as geophysical. Exploration, geo chemistry, Landsat images Have experience as a team leader exploration.
· Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).

Business Analyst Managera. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description
Responsible to manage the department in carrying out daily tasks perform business analysis required by the company.
c. Job Responsibilities :

· Conduct assessments to review the company's performance against internal standards and
external standards.
· Conduct a review of the allocation of capital funds for individual projects based on business
strategic plan that has been approved.
· Assist other departments in conducting a review on the evaluation of specific projects that will be presented to the investment committee.
· Preparing the presentation of data to be submitted to the BOD / investment committee based on guidelines from strategic planning & business analyst.

d. Job Requirement :
Education : Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy, Business Administration
Experience : Min 8 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :

· Have a good ability to build effective working relationships with other departments.
· Have a good ability to guide and motivate others to work to their best ability.

Budget Control Manager

a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description : Responsible to manage budget preparation and control of expenditure requests as well as financial reporting & review.

c. Job Responsibilities :

· Ensuring good corporate budgeting short-term, medium, and long-term.
· Conduct a review of the allocation of capital funds for individual projects based on business strategic plan that has been approved.
· Ensure the implementation of withdrawal in accordance with the budget and procedures.
· Ensure internal communication Budget & Control Department and between departments in order to manage the budget so that it goes well.

d. Job Requirement :

Education : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy
Experience : Min 8 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :

· Have a good ability to create financial & budget models
· Have a good ability to audit finance
· Have a good ability of planning, organizing, and controlling

Safety Supervisor
Responsible to supervise the implementation of safety & risk control program base on PT Berau Coal occupational Health & Safety management system and also perform inspection regularly at operational area including contractor in order to make safe operation

Requirements :
· Bachelor degree in Mining / Geological / Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety Public Health
· Minimum 2 years experience at similar position preferably from coal mining industries.
· Having knowledge in OSHAS 18001
· POP/ AK3 Umum Certified
· Placement at Berau

Geological Operation
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description
Responsible to coordinate geological data retrieval operations in order to identify the geological resources and mining support activities.
c. Job Responsibilities :
· Planned exploration and development activities including safety aspect & legal aspec.
· Implementing exploration and development activities (geological data retrieval).
· Evaluating optimization activities.
· Coordinate with the internal and external department, stakeholder.

d. Job Requirement :
Education : Bachelor Degree in Geology
Experience : Min 3 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
· Have a certificate of competence JORC would be advantage.
· Have a good e experience as a team leader exploration.
· Have a good knowledge of geological data management.
· Have a good knowledge of geological resource model.

Strategic Long Term Mine Planner
Responsible to develop long term mine plan, provide recommendation of mine development, making technical and economical mining evaluation and provide risk analysis for long term mine plan.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering.
· Minimum 3 years experience at similar position.
· Holding POP certification would be an advantage.
· Proficient in mine planning software (Minex, MineScape, etc).
· Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).
