Business Line Manager – Surface Exploration Drilling & Drilling Solution

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university, or the equivalent years of relevant work experience.
Minimum of five years in Product Management or Sales of Construction, Exploration or related products and markets
The candidate should also be proficient in all computer related software programs such as MS Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and contact management systems
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, legal documents or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the community.
Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on complex topics to internal and external customers.
Candidate shall be able to effectively communicate in both Bahasa Indonesian and English language.

Responsibilities:

To ensure that the Company meets its business goals in terms of Surface and Exploration drilling products as well as aftermarket sales, growth, market share and profitability. Provide leadership and guidance in the area of business development with a focus on organic growth and consolidated profitability specifically in the Construction and Exploration industry segments in Indonesia.
Responsible for applying the necessary emphasis on each market segment to insure acceptable market penetration in all geographies through direct sales and channel partner sales to all mining (Bulk and Selective), construction (Cement, Aggregate, Civil Engineering, Dimensional Stone, Foundation) Exploration (Surface and Underground), and yet defined segments.
Set overall pricing in line with company objectives, as well as negotiate transfer prices with the Product Company.
Initiate unit order with the Product Company within agreed upon limits.
Set values on machine trade-ins in accordance with set procedures
nitiate and control repair work and equipment upgrades of the Rental Fleet.
Authorization of operational costs in accordance with the overall budget guidelines and as outlined in Prokura Procedures.
Discretionary flexibility in regards to travel and entertainment in accordance with overall company policy and budget.
