SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered to this position, at least graduate from University degree in Accounting/Administration/Management with minimum 3 years experience in handling payroll and income tax calculation, employee database program, insurance and general administration.

High proficiency of computer (Excel, Words, Access and Power Points), attention to details, good communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English (oral and written) are desirable. Willingness to learn, work hard, diligence, honesty and high motivation.

POSITION SYNOPSIS

Reporting to HR Superintendent, this challenging and exciting position will be responsible for calculating, analyzing, and administering payroll, Jamsostek and income tax article 21.

Ensure that the compensation and benefits payment are implemented based on approved policies, accurate and on timely manner.

This position is also contributing in analyzing and administrating market data, maintaining HR database and preparing weekly and monthly report. Specific duties will involve obtaining bank transfer approval for payroll and compensation & benefits payment process.

Ensure that all authorized salary activities are properly documented and auditable, preparing and processing benefit claim and keep confidentiality of the confidential documents.
