Maintenance Superintendent
(FIFO Kalimantan)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Relevant Mechanical Trade Qualifications Associated with Mobile Equipment
• Required skill(s): mechanical, Maintenance
• At Minimum 5 years experience in a similar Senior Maintenance Supervisory or Management role.
• Mining Industry experience in a Supervisory role
• Familiarity with Maintenance Software packages
• Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• A successful track record in the development of apprentices and subordinates
• Dealership experience would be highly considered

Production Superintendent
(FIFO Kalimantan)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mining) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): mechanical, operations
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in South Kalimantan.
• Applicants should be Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Supervisors specializing in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

Security Superintendent
(Role in Kalimantan)

Requirements:
• At least 5 years experiences as a Security Superintendent.
• Experiences with major Mining and Oil & Gas Company.


HR Manager
(Base in Jakarta or Kalimantan)

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Recourse, or Law.
• Minimum of 10 years experiences in HR Management in senior level position.
• Experiences in project management, recruitment, personnel administration and general affair.
• Good understanding of manpower laws, regulation and policies.
• Experience in Mining and Oil & Gas companies.
• Excellent knowledge of English in spoken and written.
• Good experiences in maintaining relationship with labor unions

Commercial Manager

Requirement:
• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Mining), Engineering (Others).
• At least 5 years of experiences in Commercial Management, Contract Management, Negotiation and Quantity Surveyor.
• Industry: Mining and Oil & Gas.

Civil/ Road Designer
(Jakarta base)

Requirement:
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in the same field is required
• Required design experiences: Roads, Railways, slabs on ground, drainage, sediment control, rainfall analysis, sewers, general earthworks, pavements, and airport.

Business Development Manager
(Mining and Oil & Gas)

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess a Master of Business Administration degree, with an undergraduate degree in engineering preferred (but not essential).
• Having experience minimum 5 years in heavy industrial projects, preferably in Mining & Minerals Infrastructure.
• Experienced working on major projects with world class International Corporation.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and meet business growth and development targets.
• Ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines.
• Extensive experience in Report preparation and Presentations.
• May require local and overseas travel from time to time.

Construction Managers
(FIFO Kalimantan)

Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Having experience minimum10 years in site construction particularly in civil works (concrete, bridge, earthwork, jetty, road construction) and general machine.
• Have a project management background is preferable.
• Experienced working on major projects with major clients.
• Excellent English - verbal, writing and speaking.
• Applicants must be willing to work at site.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Mechanical Design Engineer Mining
(Role in Indonesia & Australia)

Requirement:
• At least 7 year(s) Experience in Materials Handling Design Projects.
• Internationally recognized Degree.
• Experiences in Coal are essential, iron ore and cement are desirable, and Nickel, cooper, gold are optional.
• Required an Infrastructure Design experience in material handling such as:
- Conveyor and Feeder detail design
- Crushing Systems
- Wash Plant design
- Stockpile Storage designs
- Stockpile Stacking and reclaimer design
- Ship Loading/ Barge Loading designs
- Chute design
- Dust collection design
- Pneumatic conveying
- Dust Suppression

Building Superintendent
(Role for Kalimantan)

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in construction works, preferably at multinational company.
• Applicants should hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably specializing in Engineering or equivalent.

Electrical Design Engineer
(Jakarta Role)

Requirement:
• Candidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer.
• At least 7-10 years of experiences in design, site and Commissioning.
• Familiar with ETABS, Power Pac and Microsoft packages.
• Excellent English oral and written.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Jakarta.
