JOB VACANCY

PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR), a subsidiary of G-Resources Group, a HK based Limited Company, is developing the Martabe Project in North Sumatra, approximately 40 km south-east of Sibolga, Gold and silver ore will be mined by open pit methods using a mining contractor. A processing facility will be built adjacent to the pit to process ore at a rate of 4.5 Mtpa to produce approximately 200,000 oz of gold and 2 million oz of silver annually.

PTAR is now pleased to invite applications for the following role:

MINE PLANNING ENGINEER

This position reports directly to the Mine Engineering Manager and the role will involve the development of mine, infrastructure and reclamation plans in concert with other mining engineering staff. This position carries on through the project development up to and including operations.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Reasonable level of problem solving, hands on approach, able to motivate and lead a team
• High level of computer literacy skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Surpac, Micromine, Whittle. Candidates with experience in comparable mine planning software should also apply.
• High commitment to PTAR standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
• Engineering Degree in a related mining/civil engineering discipline with an emphasis on computer planning skills.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience within substantial open cut, D&B, open cut mine. Experience in a metalliferous mining operation would be desirable
• Registered or eligible for Professional Engineer Status
• Short and long range planning experience.
• Experience in mine scheduling, haul road, pit design, drill and blast, grade control
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas. Competence in speaking, reading and writing English.

The jobholder will work in the Climate Change and Economy Section working closely with colleagues in the Political, Press and Public Affairs and Commercial Sections in the British Embassy Jakarta and the other British Embassies and High Commissions in South East Asia, reporting to the Team Leader based in Jakarta.


The successful candidate will have:
* Significant expertise within the energy sector, preferably with a minimum 4 years relevant working experience
* A degree (preferably Masters degree) – Majoring in a Science based subject (e.g. engineering, environmental studies or related)
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills, and experience within public communications outreach
* Able to think creatively about how to achieve British Government low carbon objectives in the local environment.
* Able to work efficiently without close supervision, including managing projects.
* An enthusiastic and organised team player.
* A good understanding of climate change and energy policy is essential.


The successful candidate will:
* Build strategies to develop low carbon intensive energy policies in Indonesia.
* Working with media, civil society, and business and government bodies to promote lower carbon economic development in Indonesia and persuading key stakeholders that a stable climate is essential for a secure, prosperous and equitable future.
* Collecting information and reporting on climate change and energy policy in including vulnerability to climate induced changes.
* Promoting dialogue between Indonesia and UK counterparts on the international climate change negotiations, and persuading Indonesian interlocutors to support an ambitious successor to the Kyoto protocol.
* Promoting UK, EU and wider UNFCCC programmes such as the CDM and CTF, designed to mitigate and adapt against climate change
* Identifying project opportunities to promote a lower carbon intensity energy framework in Indonesia, and implementing this activity.
* Organising visits (both to Indonesia and the UK) for senior stakeholders related to climate security.
* Acting as a focal point on climate change related energy issues in the Embassy.

Valid certification (NRPB) or equivalent qualification. Valid licensing as an RPO or equivalent qualification. Minimum 10 years as a Radiation Protection Officer. FIRE INSTRUCTOR
ONC or equivalent. Successfully completed the International Access and Command Course (Fire Service College, UK). Diploma in Fire-fighting (Team Leader). 10 years experience in safety and fire in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry including a minimum of one year in Safety Operation.

SENIOR SAFETY TECHNICIAN (MAINTENANCE)
Higher Secondary School Education (12 years). 2 years training in technical discipline. Completed Breathing Apparatus Maintenance course. 12 years experience in safety and fire equipment maintenance with minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas environment.

SENIOR SAFETY TECHNICIAN (TRAINING)
Higher Secondary School Education (12 years) Successfully completed a recognized accredited international Access and Command Course Diploma in Firefighting (Team Leader) or other safety related relevant certificate. Passed Fire Investigation/NEBOSH or other relevant Safety related courses, 8 years experience as a firefighter or safety inspector/trainer, instructor with 3-5 years in an Oil and Gas environments inclusive of 3 years as fire and rescue technique instructor.

GENERAL TECHNICIAN (INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE)
Science or Engineering diploma from a recognized educational institution, with formal training in Occupational Hygiene. Registered Occupational Hygienist and/or Certified Industrial Hygienist. Strong working knowledge of equipment and sampling/survey techniques. Strong communication, administrative, time management and organizational skills with 10 years of related experience of which 3-4 years are in the oil and gas industry.

3. Barging Supervisor

Basic Purpose:

Operating within the approved budget and consistent with the current HSE procedures,
• Provide leadership in implementing HSE Management System. Ensure to meet HSE policy, standards, and procedures. Ensure incident reporting requirement is followed and corrective actions are completed in timely manner to prevent recurrence incident. Ensure appropriate corrective actions to follow up HSE audits,
• Ensuring safe and timely crude loading to barges and discharging to the receiving facilities, such that minimizing barging disruption and high stock level at tank A&B Ramba,
• Ensuring crude oil quality/specification meet the sales requirement (i.e water content, sales content, emulsion) both at barges and pipeline to Medco,
• Ensuring project oil accounting such that minimizing gain and loss figures at pipelines, barges and production/receiving/transfer tank.

Qualification & Experience:
• Engineering degree (S1) preferably in Naval Engineering or Marine Operations background and at least 5 years experience in Operations within Oil & Gas industry. A strong knowledge in Supervisory and Leadership qualities is necessary (Ability to coaching, mentoring, gives consulting/advisory and lead the team),
• Understanding PFD of crude oil interfiled transfer as well as custody meters operation,

4. HDE & Road Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description and Working Experience :
Should have least three years working experience and expertise in erecting scaffolding on any of the offshore installation. Riggers with a valid government approved certificate are highly preferred.

Minimum qualification for all positions
* Proven Excellent health.
* Minimum education level:High School graduate
* Maximum age requritment : 55 years
