ADMINISTRATION SUPERINTENDENT
Qualifications:
1. Minimum Undergraduate degree.
2. 10 years experience on the catering, camp, transportation and HR
3. Familiar with the manpower regulation.
4. Excellent English.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Administration Superintendent will report directly to the Commercial Manager. The position will be responsible for the total management of the Administration areas and will coordinate with the HR.
The area of administration includes but is not limited to transportation arrangements for local employees to and from work locations, national and international travel arrangements for all fly and fly out employees, contract management of the catering, contract, general camp issues that arise from time to time, ensuring smooth and efficient site visits of various VIPs and camp maintenance coordinated. Coordination of the HR section and other duties as assigned.

Due to recent business expansion, we are seeking higly qualified and dynamics pfofessionals, to assume responsibilities of :
PROJECT MANAGER
Requirement:
-Experience in open-mining operation: min 7 years for S1 Pertambangan / Geology or 10 years for other S1 degree, and should have experience as Operation Manager (mining) or min. as Superintendent Mining Production.
-Computer literacy.
-Have possession of Sertifikat Pengawas Operasional Utama (POU) or Kepala Teknik Tambang.
-Male with max. age of 45 years.
-Min. S1 degree in Pertambangan Umum or Geology (preferred).
-Good command in English (verbal and written).
-Have stfong leadership, distinct / firm attitude towards positive changes.
-Prepare to be placed anywhere in Indonesia or other places in relation to company's operation.
RESPONSIBLE :
Responsible to manage all aspect of mining operation, incld. ability to analyze daily, weekly, yearly and to-date project performance ability to make continuity improvement, productivity, efficiency and create Team Building; able to properly manage more than 200 personnel; fuel & spare parts management; oversees business opportunity; ability to produce HSE report & Project Performance report.
