An international Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company has the following position open for immediate engagement:

COMPENSATION /INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS SUPERINTENDENT

• Having experience in handling compensation benefit, policy& procedure, and familiar with salary / market survey.
• Having experience in handling industrial relations issue and familiar with labor law.
• University graduate in Finance or Law.
• Approx. 15 years working experience in the field of industrial relations and compensation benefit, preferably in oil & gas.


All candidates must be proficient in English communication skills (both spoken and written) and have knowledge of Personal Computer popular software.
