We are fast growing Coal Mining Company.

To develop the team we need qualified and competent candidates to fill the following position in the field :

PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS ASSISTANT MANAGER

* Bachelor Degree in any Science/ Arts/ Commerce/ Engg.
* Experience 8-12 years with minimum 3 years experience in a Procurement/Logistics/Customs
* Preferably 27 years – 35 years
* Should be conversant with various commercial issues of Customs/ Logistics.
* Should have experience of logistics – both domestic and imports.
* Should have knowledge of import terms and conditions like Incoterms, Letter of Credit, High Sea Sales.
* Should have experience in handling freight forwarders for imports.
* Should have experience of procurement of high value mining projects/ oil & gas projects/ material handling projects/ infrastructure projects.
* Should have experience in drafting supply contracts and should be conversant with all commercial terms and conditions of major procurement.
* Should have experience in expediting, coordination for inspection, issue of delivery clearance etc.


CONTRACTS MANAGER

* Bachelor Degree in Engg. With specialization course in contract management is preferred (but not compulsory)
* Experiences min 10- 12 years with minimum 5 years experience in a contracts in high value projects.
* Preferably 30 years – 35 years
* Should be conversant with procedure of issue of “Notice Inviting Tender”, Evaluation of tenders, commercial negotiation etc.
* Should be conversant with various commercial issues of high value construction/EPC contracts and drafting Particular Terms and Conditions w.r.t specific Contract requirement.
* Should have experience of handling claims with proper justifications in line with contract terms & conditions.
* Should have experience in handling Change Orders.
* Should have experience in other areas of Contract Administration like handling Bank Guarantees, certifying invoices w.r.t. terms and conditions of contract, analyzing contract budget status at various stages of contract, especially for long duration contracts.
* Should have knowledge of FIDIC terms & conditions/ Letter of Credits/ Incoterms
* Should be capable of drafting contracts as per FIDIC terms and conditions.
