KBR; Project Support Manager - (G&I Division)

To support growth in KBR s Domestic & International business, the Jakarta Engineering Office seeks talented and experiences Indonesian nationals to fill the following positions:

PROJECT SUPPORT MANAGER - (G&I Division)

REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate should have at least Degree in an Engineering discipline or Commerce with at least 10 years experience or above in Technical or Project Management role.


RESPONSIBILITY:

Project Scheduling and Controls
• Responsible for Project Schedule and Control activities within portfolio of projects
• Ensure completion and issue of weekly reports for all projects
• Implementation of Change notification and variation notices
• Assist with the Control and Management of downtime within the portfolio

Resources Management
• Coordinate the provision of staff to meet workload and skill demands within the JEC work group in conjunction with G&I Engineering Manager and G&I Chief Drafter by liaising with the Engineering Manager & Discipline Leads of JEC on resourcing requirements
• Manage the portfolio s overhead budget within the allocated limit.
• Coordinate with IT JEC on software tools used.

Career Management
• In conjunction with the Director JEC and his delegates:
- Identify train and promote a successor.
- Identify and address staff training needs.
- Identify staff career paths and promote staff development.
• Provide recommendations to the Director JEC through JEC Discipline Leads and JEC Engineering Manager on salary levels, salary reviews, promotions and career opportunities.

Communication
• Communicate staff issues, concerns or satisfaction to the GM APAC Director, Operations and the Director JEC.
• Communicate management and other matters to staff, including objectives and issues related to quality, health and safety and environmental sustainability.
• Ensure that all new staff are properly inducted, and closely manage their performance, especially during the probationary period.
