Responsibilities:
You will be part of the fast-expanding Building Services Engineering Team Providing comprehensive EPC service to our clients in the fields of Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Refinery, Power and Utility. You may be required to carry out site activities that are cost-effective and comply to clients’ specifications and statutory regulations. You will also co-ordinate with internal parties to resolve interface issues and technical clarification. Experience in large-scale industrial process and biotechnology/pharmaceutical development would be an advantage. You will assist or work together the Process Design Engineers/Designers in executing the FEED & detail design functions or the Architect in the plant layout & building requirement. Willing to be relocated and able to travel at short notice and / or be posted overseas for long/short term assignment.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably specializing in Building Services – HVAC, Fire Protection & Plumbing & Sanitary
Min 5 – 10 years experience in Oil & Gas, refinery, petrochemicals, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or similar industries
Be or working to be a Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineer registered with Singapore Professional Engineers Board
Knowledge of prevailing local codes/statutory requirements and international codes such as ASME, API, NS, NFPA etc pertaining to building services design & installation
Familiar with the local submissions requirements/procedures for a project leading to successful Temporary Occupation Permit(TOP) or Certificate of Statutory Completion(CSC)

Knowledge of preparing technical specifications/schedules and budgetary costing to assist Contracts/QS in preparing tender packages for various building services installation
