Our client is a reputed EPC company in Singapore, involved in the oil and gas industry. Their expertise ranges from initial engineering design of such oil and gas facilities to fabrication and construction. In line with their expansion plans, they are seeking Welding Inspectors to join their dynamic team of personnel.


Requirements:
Ideally, you should be familiar with the Oil and Gas industry and the types of welding standards. You should be independent and take initiative when it comes to handling specifications and procedures. It is also advantageous if you are a Certified Welder with valid AWS or CSWIP Certificate.


Responsibilities:
As a welding inspector, you will coordinate between quality control and inspection activities. You will also be expected to conduct internal quality audits. You should be expecting yourself to coordinate with client inspectors and inspection engineer. Part of your job scope will also see you allocating and monitor, QA/QC activities. It is also important for you to check welding procedure specification and procedure qualification record.
