A new progressive mining operation is seeking an experienced individual familiar with all aspects of Training & OH&S.


Ideally, you will be an individual who has experience in a similar role and is excited by the prospect of providing the necessary leadership, advice and support in developing the Training and OH&S strategic plans and audit management systems for this mining company.

Ideally, the successful candidate will possess a relevant tertiary qualification in OH&S or Training. Awaiting the successful candidate is an attractive salary package with genuine career opportunities combined with a flexible FIFO roster offering a change for both you and your family.



Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to coordinating the training requirements on their operation on an underground development contract in Central west NSW. Further to this you will be responsible for monitoring safety compliance, providing support to the Project Manager, presenting safety inductions and training to new and existing staff, as well as ensuring effective communication including the reporting of safety issues.
