HSE Advisor (Cranes, Rigging, Scaffolding)
It is essential that you have experience with cranes, rigging and scaffolding on major resources sector construction projects.
Your key areas of responsibility will include:
• Reviewing lift plans from a Safety perspective
• Providing technical advice and support to supervisors and field based personnel
• Assisting in Toolbox sessions and communicating HSE responsibilities to employees
• Understanding HSE regulations and disseminating changes to project personnel
• Implementing the injury management system and maintaining accurate records
• Conducting formal HSE Audits and inspections, particularly in higher risk areas
• Stopping work in appropriate situations and establishing acceptable work practices to allow work to resume
To be considered for this role you must have:
• A solid background in cranes, rigging & scaffolding
• Working at heights experience
• Experience in a similar site-based role within the resources sector
• Relevant formal HSE qualifications
• Significant amount of experience in the Construction Industry will be highly regarded
• Sound knowledge of Australian HSE regulations
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to build relationships
• The competence and confidence to take action
Commissioning Electrical
A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in Engineering, Construction or Commissioning of oil and gas project facilities or related industries and/or operations of oil and gas facilities, upstream and/or downstream.
Execution of work for Electrical Commissioning activities during the commissioning & start up phases of the project
Requirements:
• Good interpersonal skills for interfacing with all discipline personnel
• Have depth knowledge of Switchboard, Control, Motor, and MCC with others system
• Able to read Schematics and Single Line Diagram
• Familiar with Electrical Measurement Tools
Commissioning Process
A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in Engineering, Construction or Commissioning of oil and gas project facilities or related industries and/or operations of oil and gas facilities, upstream and/or downstream.
The job involves:
As part of a small shift team operating 24/7, the Process Technician will have responsibilities in a wide range of areas associated with their plant operation, including safety, health & environment, reliability and operational integrity, and meeting the operating plan.
Main responsibilities will include:
• The safety and integrity of the process plant and equipment that you are assigned to operate
• Operation of local plant equipment including running the plant efficiently and economically, plant monitoring and fault diagnosis, planned and unplanned start up and shut down
• Responding to incidents, hazardous conditions or emergencies
• Routine care of the operating equipment to maximize equipment reliability and minimize the need for plant maintenance
• Equipment preparation and minor maintenance activities
• Work within shift to ensure delivery of individual and team responsibilities and objectives
• Provide input and support to gross margin improvement and cost reduction initiatives
