Piping Designer
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Scoping and preparing of design deliverables for oil and gas production piping ad mechanical facilities through development of cost, time and resource sheets.
* Review design solutions, prepare data sheets, P&ID’s, equipment and piping layouts, material take-offs, review vendor data and advise on piping interface portion of work.
* Generate all technical piping drawings with the ability to review equipment layouts and liaise with suppliers of the same.
* High levels of interaction with the detailed design project team and it is expected that the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills along with the ability to supervise and/or perform the detail drafting of piping discipline deliverables.
* Provide site support and technical assistance for the entire project life cycle, of construction, hook-up and commissioning of the piping facilities in all work and site environments.
* Interface with vendors under supervision of the lead piping mechanical engineer to review technical submissions and manage equipment interfaces.

Senior HSE Manager - Oil and Gas

* Due to an internal promotion, Premier now seeks a new HSES Manager to support its Indonesian operations. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will continue the development and implementation of initiatives focused on Premier meeting its Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security objectives, and promoting a culture of health and safety throughout the company. * Responsibilities
* • Develop best practice HSE systems and procedures, strategic plans and programmes to comply with Corporate, Government and BPMIGAS requirements, and attain Premier Indonesia’s HSES KPI’s

You will possess a wealth of senior level experience in providing Engineering leadership and innovation across Indonesia. * Responsibilities
* • Engineering Standards and Systems Owner: To ensure and provide corporate assurance that all facilities are designed, installed, operated and maintained in accordance with Premier Oil, National and International standards or other standards as required and within regulatory requirements including the company’s HSEQ system.
* • Data Integrity and Control: Ensures all engineering data in use within the operational groups and/or major projects is up to date and that all data modifications are fully controlled. Focal point and Premier Representative for data management services contracts.
* • Conceptual and Front End Engineering: To undertake and develop safe and efficient concept design for both major greenfield and brownfield projects, through concept sanction and into FEED. This will include contributing to the preparation and submission of a revised Plan of Further Development and supporting subsequent discussion with BPMIGAS and Joint Venture Partners.
* • Delivery of Engineering Projects: Assist in the Design and commissioning of capital brown field enhancements as required by the operating assets.
* • Engineering Technical Authority: To provide the main technical facilities engineering resource to the Premier Oil Indonesia business unit, ensuring that all facilities, unit operation and pipe lines are developed and engineered to achieve optimal business performance. This includes assigning and authorising Delegation of Technical Authority for all engineering disciplines within Premier Oil Indonesia, both within the core business unit and through agreement with the Project Manager, within major Greenfield project teams .
* • EPCI Support: Provides technical assurance including response to engineering queries in support of the Premier Oil Project Execution team in the execution of major green field development EPCI contracts.
* • Non Operated Assets: Provides technical review and audit support to ensure maximum value is obtained for Premier Oil investments and that all facilities are designed in line with Premier Oil codes and standards.
* • Engineering Resource Capability: To ensure Premier Oil Indonesia has sufficient properly skilled facilities engineering staff, suitably deployed into the central core group, operational teams or project teams as required to ensure the competency and quality of engineering work. An important aspect of this is the recruitment and development of National engineering staff into senior positions in order to meet these requirements.
* • TSSC Contract: The role will also be the focal point for the engineering services contract, managing costs and ensuring quality of deliverables and services.
* • Change Management: Retains final technical / engineering sign off responsibility for all Change, ensuring all change requests are technically assessed, implemented and closed out in a responsible and professional manner in accordance with corporate change management procedures ensuring asset integrity.

The main objective of the role is to head a small log interpretation team which produce CPI data for multi-client sales. As well as project managing and producing the CPI wells the role holder will be expected to train, mentor and develop non petrophysicist staff to produce high quality CPI wells.
The position will also need to have some data management skills and use their petrophysical knowledge to advise the company and clients on digital data management. In addition to;
* Perform petrophysical formation evaluations for single- and multiple well log suites using Powerlog or similar petrophysical software packages.
* Head a team of well processors to produce CPI data and give training and guidance to the team.
* Develop data management services and solutions to optimise the receipt, storage, use and archiving of Petrophysical data in company and client offices.
* Mentor and develop company log analysis staff.
NB: The role will involve possible long periods of overseas work with placements in client offices.
REQUIREMENTS:
Familiarity with petrophysical evaluation software such as Geolog, Powerlog or equivalent packages is essential and proven technical skills and a high degree of IT literacy will be required.
A degree in Geology, Physics or Petroleum Engineering is essential. The successful candidate will be a self-starting individual with substantial experience of in-depth, independent petrophysical evaluations of a wide range of reservoirs. He/she will be a creative problem solver with an analytical mind.
Fluency in English in both oral and written form is essential for effective communication with clients, for presentations and reports.
