PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara is one of Indonesias newest growing coal mining enterprises under PKP2B 3rd Generation with area mining concession in Bulungan Regency -North Kalimantan
is targeted to be a world class coal mining enterprise that extracts and adds value to the coal for the benefit of mankind.

To support our rapid establishment and expansion of the business entities and projects, we are seeking qualified professionals with integrity, trust, enthusiasm, respect, innovative thinking and solid teamwork to join with our team in Bulungan Site -North Kalimantan.

1. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (ELC-SPV)

Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Having minimum 1 years working experience , preferably from Steam power plants (PLTU)
• Familiar with material handling works, thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience with electrical calculations and applications a must.
• Good understanding the standard rule or the Electrical & Instrument
• The incumbent will be required to travel site to site.
• Able to work as a part of a team and individually.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill

2. GEOLOGIST (GEOS)

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering
• Having 2 years experience in Mining operation
• Possess excellent computer skill (computer modeling, data analysis, and integration, digital Mapping, remote sensing, and geographic information system)
• Able to operate mining software : Minescape, Mapinfo, Autocad, GPS Aplication.
• Able to operate Surpac and Minescape will be an advantage.
• Able to mapping, Drill core, description electric logging, drilling supervision and sampling method
• Able to identify geological structure, out crop, and sedimenthology
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem


3. MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR (MEC-SPV)

Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Having minimum 1 years working experience, preferably from Steam power plants (PLTU)
• Familiar and able to do Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level and an excellent team work
• The incumbent will be required to travel site to site.
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill

4. SURVEY SUPERVISOR (SVY-SPV)

Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Geodetic Engineering
• Having minimum 1 years working experience
• Able to operating software & survey tools
• Having POP Certified are preferable
• Having good communication skills and an excellent team work
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Fast learner and possess positive working attitude

5. PROJECT SUPERVISOR (PRJ-SPV)

Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Having minimum 2 years working experience, preferably supervisor specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proven skill on CAD software
• Having a level of accuracy, good calculation accuracy and have strong negotiation skill.
• Understand technical calculation buildings.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill

6. MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM SUPERVISOR (MIS-SPV)

Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Information Technology or computer science
• Having minimum 2 years working experience, as web programmer
• Experience in Mobile application programming such as Java, JQuery Mobile etc
• Proficient in SQL server, ASP.Net, PHP, VB and Java
• Has knowledge in web development framework such as Cake PHP or Code Igniter or Spring or Hibernate
• Has Knowledge in administering web application server is advantage
• Development of web applications
• Maintain and trouble shoot existing web applications
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal & communication skill

7. SAFETY & HEALTH SUPERINTENDENT (SH-SPT)

Qualification :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree majored in Health and Safety (K3) or related
• Minimum 5 years experienced in the same position or managerial level in mining
• Preferably having certified on trainning POP/AK3 umum
• Good knowledge and familiar about OHSAS 18001 dan ISO 14001
• Have knowledge of core business of mining and mining law
• Good understanding about HSE/K3 procedures
• Good interpersonal & communication skill

Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
