PT. Lestari Banten Energi, an Independent Power Producer and a subsidiary of Genting Group, is developing a 1 x 660MW PLTU Banten power plant in Banten Province, Indonesia. In view of our significant and growing business operations in Indonesia, we seek to hire qualified candidates to fill the following positions to be based in Kelurahan Salira, Banten Province, with responsibilities and requirements as follows:

Civil & Structural Engineers

Responsibilities:
a. Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
b. Ensure transportation or hydraulic systems and building structures, meet construction and government standards.
c. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
d. Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
e. Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
f. Monitor the construction activities of the contractors.
g. Reports to Project Engineering Manager of all kinds of issues arouse from the construction activities at site.

Requirements:
a. Civil Engineering degree from a recognized Indonesian or foreign university
b. At least has two (2) to four (4) years of experience in civil and structural in the relevant industry


QC Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:
a. Work Inspection:
Inspection of all the site civil activities related works under ITP
- Maintain all the inspection records
- Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to the EPC Contractor
Detail Construction Progress
- Determine status of work and project forward for potential impacts.
- Civil Works Plans, Construction Status and Reports to be provided to Site Quality Manager
b. Review of Documents:
To review and comment on documents submitted by EPC Contractor.
- Per Requirements and International Standards.
Control & Supervision of Engineering Consultant Activities & Performance in relation to civil aspects Submittals vs. Specifications,
- Design Criteria, Method Statements, Drawings and Documents in accordance with contracts specifications Engineering review, Site construction supervision and ETC.
c. Material Testing:
Review and Recommendations Review reports and tests results of soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, steel and ETC
Field density test, compressive strength and ETC.
- All the documents to be proper filed for further MCC and commissioning.
d. Safety:
Closely monitor EPC Contractor’s adherence to Safety during Civil construction period.
Observe safety performance of contractors in course of daily walk downs by all direct reports. Address all safety issues immediately.

Requirements:
a. Minimum Qualifications:
b. BSC Civil Engineering.
c. Minimum Experience around 10 years’ experience.
d. Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology
e. Knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction and/or repair of Coal Fire Power Plant or other civil structures.
f. Knowledge and experience in technical and commercial areas of construction contracting, field civil construction teams.
g. Proven record of civil construction management displaying excellent leadership skills.
h. Knowledge of Civil management and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Auto-view and MS Office with Excel.
i. Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
j. Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
k. Good command of English
l. Technical report writing


HSE Officer

Responsibilities:
a. Develop Company’s HSE Management System and HSE-Manual to be implemented in the company.
b. Develop Contractor Safety Management System for the company.
c. Conduct socializing and campaigning Company’s HSE General Procedure and HSE Issues which comes up from Management.
d. Conduct HSE Training, Safety Induction and HSE Meeting at Office and Site
e. Conduct HSE Audit and report to the Project Manager
f. Develop Standard Operating Procedure, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Work Instruction related to particular job.
g. Accompany Auditor and Vendor personnel during inspecting or visiting the site
h. Conduct Near Miss and Accident / Incident Investigation.
i. Administer and document all data & file related to HSE aspect.

Requirements:
a. Bachelor degree from a recognized Indonesian or foreign university, HSE degree is preferably
b. At least has five (5) to seven (7) years of experience, preferably in HSE in the power plant industry
c. Understanding and familiar with local issue of Cilegon
d. Preferably local candidate (from Cilegon)
