Job Purpose:

Direct, coordinate and control production plant facilities design in order to meet the company engineering specifications, applicable international industry standards, company policy, and regulations to meet the company goals & objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Direct and ensure in providing surface engineering services (that include conceptual studies, engineering design, project execution engineering, and surface facilities surveillances) in adherence with the Company Engineering Specifications, applicable international industry standards, good recommended practices, Company policy, and regulations to meet the Company goals & objectives.
Direct and coordinate preparation of the long term and short term planning and programs for production facilities to ensure that all development and execution projects in compliance with company work procedures & policy, SHE standard, cost effectively and timely.
Direct and control technical design activities and performance evaluation of engineering consultant to ensure the quality and scope based on technical specifications and within agreed time.
Direct and control design changes process, especially changes that occur due to conditions in the execution stage (eg ground shifts) to ensure the fulfillment of the technical specifications as required by development project.
Direct, coordinate and monitor all required front-end/conceptual engineering and design studies to accommodate future surface facilities development are well performed.
Develop and coordinate overall Project Management procedures and continuous improvement processes for implementation and execution of development projects both technically and financially to ensure project technical integrity and quality.


Manager of Surface Facilities Engineering (Code : EXT- MSFE)
Qualifications:

15-25 years’ experience in operations and major project developments of >US$ 300 million, preferably in the Middle East and Africa.
Fluent in written and spoken English. Some knowledge in Arabic would be advantageous.

Job Purpose:

Direct, coordinate and control facilities engineering design of new development projects, modifications and surveillance services of oil & gas facilities in line with the Company goals and objectives as well as maintain compliances with regulations, engineering specifications and standards, and SHE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Direct and monitor Surface Facilities Engineering services (including resource capability, resource allocation, scheduling, studies, etc), to assets and ensure all activities are performed in compliance with the company engineering specification, SOP, and the industry standards and practices.
Direct & control planning and programs production facilities’ needs, which are poured into Asset Management Plans to meet the needs of assets timely and effectively.
Oversee the engineering, construction and installation of major capital and maintenance projects.
Direct the preparation of Surface Facilities Engineering Services budget for further superior’s approval and ensure that it will be well implemented.
Direct close out projects with proper information to capitalize or expense any new assets.

Manager of Petroleum Engineering (Code : EXT-MPE)
Qualifications:

15-25 years’ experience in operations and major project developments of >US$ 300 million, preferably in the Middle East and Africa.

Job Purpose:

Direct, coordinate and control petroleum engineering services aligned with the strategies, policies, SOP and industry standards in order to support the achievement of production target and improve asset recovery optimally and in a cost-efficient manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Direct and monitor reservoir management, reservoir and production engineering surveillance plans to be aligned with the Petroleum Engineering objectives and company business objectives, so as to ensure the achievement of the target effectively and efficiently.
Direct, coordinate, monitor and control reservoir studies & modeling (primary, secondary & tertiary), reservoir management, development scenarios in order to improve asset recovery accurately, timely and in a cost-efficient manner.
Plan, develop and implement petroleum engineering programs/studies & technology for evaluation of hydrocarbon potential in assets within the approved budget in order to maximize oil and gas recovery of the discovered hydrocarbon reserves & production effectively and efficiently.
Direct, coordinate, monitor and control Production Engineering studies and production optimization with cost expenditure proposals which could lead to optimization of production & expenditure in safely operations manner.
Provide technical assistance/inputs for reservoir and production engineers in performing reservoir and well engineering studies, to ensure that the studies are conducted appropriately and in a cost-efficient manner.

Senior Drilling Engineer (Code : EXT-SRDR)
Qualifications:


15-25 years’ experience in operations and major project developments of >US$ 300 million, preferably in the Middle East and Africa.
Fluent in written and spoken English. Some knowledge in Arabic would be advantageous.

Job Purpose:

Provide comprehensive and professional drilling recommendation and support services to all general drilling functions including but not limited to acquiring related data & information analysis, and also establishing and harnessing drilling objectives and performances in line with organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist drilling support in monitoring & controlling implementation of critical contracts by contractors, by giving advice for improvement & quality control.
Assist drilling support to ensure that all material purchasing for drilling, completion and work over activities are compliant with the specification and standard in Oil & Gas industry.
Assist and ensure all the tender processes and cost control in drilling are compliant with the government & Company standard and regulations.
Involve in monitoring, controlling & reviewing the maintenance program of Company-owned drilling rig, drilling equipment and provide evaluation as required for improvement
Provide engineering and operational advice to office and field personnel as necessary.

Manager of Drilling (Code : EXT-MDR)

Job Purpose:

Plan, direct, coordinate, and control the designing and developing all programs related to drilling matters, and conduct drilling operations technical support to ensure the best available resources and practices are utilized, in respect to achieve the target and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Direct, coordinate, and control the drilling engineers in designing and developing all programs related to drilling activities based on the drilling standards and procedures to produce the best applicable drilling program, in respect to safety, governing regulations, and the operations efficiency.
Provide assistance, analysis, and technical guidance to solve operational problems on site whenever required.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the implementation of the approved drilling programs (i.e. daily drilling operation monitoring) and make revision as required to achieve drilling target.
Keep abreast of the drilling technology development and obtain inputs from the drilling specialists regarding the use of new drilling technology or methods in order to adopt the best applicable technology enhancing the drilling performance.
Review and evaluate the drilling technical specifications prepared by drilling engineers to ensure they are precise and correct according to company policy and meet high standards drilling engineering criteria.

Job Purpose:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Establish drilling, work over & completion programs in order to meet exploration and production needs effectively and timely.
Establish, review and update drilling services contracts in order to support drilling execution.
Direct, monitor, and execute the drilling and work over/completion operation safely and compliant with the drilling SOP, SHE standards, International Standards and other prevailing regulations in order to meet exploration and production target optimally.
Coordinate closely with Asset Managers in relation to logistics transportation, rig moving and sites preparation in order to support drilling services optimally and timely.
Assure all activities related to drilling services, such as selection of qualified vendors, procurement process, contracts preparations, and payments are conducted in accordance with the company policies and procedures to meet the required performance standards optimally.

Job Purpose:

Provide knowledgeable, expert and targeted technical/engineering related services to support exploration, development and production assets.
Develop organization technical competency, capability and technology strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Technical Support organization and drive company to transform intechnical services.
Has custodianship for technical excellence and integrity in the field of reservoir/production engineering, drilling engineering and facilities engineering.
Provide challenge and launch technical quality assurance when seen to be appropriate for development and production projects.
Explore, generate and apply new thinking/ideas to improve technical capabilities such as technical scouting and vendor selection.
Drive and oversee the performance, skills and competency development in the Technical Support organization.
Ensure that Technical Support manpower is appropriately scheduled.
Interact professionally with internal stakeholders and act on their issues & concerns.
