1. Commercial Lead - Indonesian (National)
Code: CL
Qualifications:
• A relevant professional qualification preferably a RICS member or BQSM member, have an engineering degree with MBA preferred.
• The individual should be a good communicator/influencer and be highly motivated to change Company into a more commercially aware business stream. He/she would report operationally to the Head of Engineering, and functionally to the Head of Commercial.
• More than 10 – 15 years in oil & gas construction or related industries
Responsibilities:
• Maximising margins through good contract management and creating opportunities for maximising revenues
• Providing the lead in BD estimating requirements and the review of contractual proposals, contractual documentation and Client contractual negotiations
• Manage the contracts review function to ensure risks identified, managed and mitigation plans put in place
• Manage and develop a small commercial team
2. Senior Offshore Structural Engineer - Indonesian (National)
Code: SOE
Qualifications:
• Possess Structural or Civil Engineering or Naval Architecture Degree (BEng/ BSc with honors, MSc or equivalent).
• Has min. 8 year experiences in O&G offshore structural design.
• Has experienced in Conceptual, FEED and Detailed Design projects. (Has involved min four (4) Detailed Design projects). Experiences in EPCIC project will be an advantage.
• Has experienced in designing fixed platform structures (incl. Topsides, Substructure, LQ, Helideck, Bridges, Modules and Float-over design type of structure), integrity assessment studies for existing platform and FPSO Topsides.
• Has performed and competent in – Inplace, Dynamic, Deterministic and Spectral Fatigue, Flotation & Upending, Pile driveability, Launch, and other pre-service analyses. Experiences in Pushover analysis will be an advantage.
• Familiar with O&G Code and Standards (API, AISC, ASTM, etc.), Client Specifications (PTS, DIM, SES, etc.) and class certified bodies’ specification (ABS, DNV, GL etc.)
• Familiar with SACS, GRLWEAP, USFOS and StaapPro program.
• Ability to solve technical problems using a sound understanding of basic engineering principles.
• Ability to perform hand calculation proofs of all engineering work.
• Must have genuine interest in design engineering and solving technically challenging problems.
• Understand DETAILED drawings.
Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the Lead Structural Engineer, the Senior Structural Engineer will provide technical assistance and be responsible for engineering designs of the structural component.
• Ensure that engineering designs are performed in accordance to Design Basis/Client Specification and are completed within the stipulated engineering man hours and duration (schedule).
• Perform detailed design analysis and engineering calculations relating to offshore and onshore structures.
• Attend to inter-discipline discussions and undertake inter discipline checks within the engineering group.
• Supervise and train junior engineers in the completion of structural engineering designs including checking design reports prior to submission of final checks and signing by the Lead Structural Engineer.
• Ensure all technical mark-ups/input/comments to drawings have been incorporated (by drafter) prior to final checks and signing by the Lead Structural Engineer.
• Assist the Lead Structural Engineer in managing the structural design team in all projects involves.
• Read and understand structural design basis prior to commencing any design analysis works.
3. Mechanical Rotating Engineer - Indonesian (National)
Code: MRE
Qualifications:
• A Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng/ BSc, MSc or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years and above of DESIGN experience in various Rotating Equipment, (Experience in EPC Contracting work and possess related Site Testing / Workshop Test-Witness experience will be an advantage)
• Experience in producing Engineering specifications /Requisitions/ perform Equipment selection for Client approvals and assist in conducting technical clarification meetings with potential Bidders /Clients / JV Partners
• Good working knowledge of engineering standards and practice in the oil and gas industry and international codes such as API, ASME/ANSI, NFPA, NACE, EN and ISO
• Experience in performing technical audit / Pre-qualification meeting at Vendor’s premises
• Knowledge of PDMS / Model review is an advantage
• Willing to travel and stationed at various operating centers on needs basis for short-term assignments (local/international)

4. Senior Mechanical Rotating Engineer - Indonesian (National)
Code: SMRE
Qualifications:
• Possess Mechanical Engineering Degree (BEng/ BSc with honors, MSc or equivalent).
• Possess at least minimum 8 years and above of Oil & Gas DESIGN experience in various types of Rotating Equipment, (Experience in EPC Contracting work and possess related Site Testing / Workshop Test-Witness experience will be an advantage).
• Able to work independently
• Able to produce Engineering specifications /Requisitions/ perform Equipment selection for Client approval and assist on conducting technical clarification meetings with potential Bidders /Clients / JV Partners – for all Projects
• experience of pumps, compressors ( centrifugal and reciprocating), gas turbines for power generation and compressor driver, and package equipment is required
• be thorough with the standards and good engineering practices of international oil companies, in addition to international codes such as API, ASME/ANSI , NFPA, NACE, EN and ISO

• Candidate must have a recognised B.Sc. or B.E Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or similar education with at least three (3) years practical experience in the design of submarine and onshore pipelines for the transportation of oil, gas and petroleum products.
• Use of API and ANSI codes and standards in the design, material specification and construction of submarine pipelines, pipeline risers and scraping / sphering facilities.
• Application of general safety codes, standards, practices and DNV riles for the design, construction and inspection of submarine pipelines and pipelines risers.
• Competent in the use of pipeline hydraulic computer software e.g. Pipesim, etc.
• The following specific areas of (submarine) pipeline design; pressure drop calculation for single flow oil and gas as well as for multiple flow:
- Surge calculations
- Selection and optimization of pipe material, grade and wall thickness
- Expansion and contraction calculations

Qualifications:
• Candidate must have a recognised B.Sc. or B.E Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or similar education with at least twelve (12) years practical experience in the design of submarine and onshore pipelines for the transportation of oil, gas and petroleum products.
• Use of API and ANSI codes and standards in the design, material specification and construction of submarine pipelines, pipeline risers and scraping / sphering facilities.
• Application of general safety codes, standards, practices and DNV riles for the design, construction and inspection of submarine pipelines and pipelines risers.
• Competent in the use of pipeline hydraulic computer software e.g. Pipesim, etc.
• Knowledge in implementing QA/QC policies for the design works.
• Able to optimize or cause to optimize projects designs to attain cost reduction/benefits with regards capital and operational expenditures.
• Conversant on statutory requirements such as those from DOSH, DOE, Local Authorities, Classification Society, International Maritime Organization (IMO), SOLAS etc for the design for Upstream O&G Business.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Science in Chemical Engineering or Bachelor Engineering in Chemical, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry with more than 5 years of experience in Process Engineering Design
• Skill in process software like HYSYS or HTRI/PIPENET/FLARENET/SMARTPLANT
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
• Experience in Conceptual Engr., DESIGN BASIS, FEED, Basic Engr., Detailed Engr. design and deliverables like PFD, Heat & Material Balance, P&ID, hydraulic calculations of pump, control valves, relief valves, equipment design and data sheets, Instrument and control datasheet and cause effect diagram, offsite and utility study, flow diagram, power calculations, flare load study and networking, thermal design, plant modification and revamp studies, vendor document reviews, review of piping documents and layout, safety engr., hazardous area classification, knowledge on commissioning and operation manual preparation, effluent treatment philosophy, HAZOP, SIL Study, HIPPS Study, technical bid tabulation for process systems.
• Familiarity in International codes and standards such as PTS, API, NFPA and ASME etc.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Lead Process Engineer in the preparation of CTRs and man-hour estimates for project proposal and bidding
• Execute technical duties in a competent and professional manner and in accordance with company procedures
• Coordinate with other departments/vendors/clients and out sourced contractors in the absence of Lead Process Engineer
• Supervise junior Process Engineers in delivering their tasks
• Develop and mentor junior Process Engineers by providing on the job training and appraising their performance
• Assist the HOD/Lead Engineer in ensuring good quality design outputs as per the relevant procedures
• Perform and check all process calculations and simulations for topside with fixed or floating production systems
• Participate in the start-up of new facilities

9. Project Manager - Indonesian (National)

Qualifications:
• Possess Process, Piping or Mechanical Engineering Degree (BEng/ BSc with honors, MSc or equivalent)
• 20 Yrs in O&G, preferably in design consultancy and fabrication experience
• 10 Yrs as PM in O&G industry
Responsibilities:
• Deliver the agree profit at proposals handover on an assigned project
• Responsible for team building with the Client’s organization at the start of the project
• Prepare execute and finalize project execution
• Ensure all required project reports and produced accurately on time, both internal and external
• Implement Integrity Assurance on the project in accordance with the project nature and scope
• Develop with other team members a planning package with meets the project schedule requirements
• Assess manpower needs acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members to deliver projects

Requirements:
• B.Sc or B.E Degree in a relevant field of engineering with at least eight (8) years’ experience associated with project-control aspects of onshore/offshore Oil and Gas (O&G) development projects.
• Familiar with the engineering project progresses (dependency and inter-dependency between engineering disciplines). Along with the required deliverables to achieve the milestones target
• Proficiency in the preparation and interpretation of Critical Path Networks (CPN) and project schedules using Artemis or any lates project planning/scheduling software proposed and accepted by COMPANY
• Proficiency in the appraisal and analyses of project progress, S-curve, and the ability to forecast any schedule delays or deviations and advise corrective measures againts them
• Coordinate overall engineering project schedule with Project Manager and Lead Engineer
• Will be responsible for the administration of the Artemis (or any other equivalent project planning systems), project schedule and CTR tracking
