PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) (www.goldenenergymines.com) is the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.

1. Technical Service Manager (Code : TSM)
3.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology / Mining / Civil Engineering
3.2 Minimum 7 Year Experience as Technical Service
3.3 Having “Pratama” Certification is preferable
3.4 Able to Operate Mining Software : Minescape or Minex
3.5 Excellent in Mine Design, Mine Schedullling, Project Evaluating & Budgeting
3.6 Based in Jakarta
2. Mine Geologist Section Head (Code : MGS)
1.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology
1.2 Minimum 5 Year experience as Geologist in coal mining Industry
1.3 Having “Pratama” Certification is preferable
1.4 Good ability in Geological Modelling with Autocad, Minescape/Minex
1.5 Good analytical thinking, hard working, proactive and self starter
1.6 Will be placed in Jambi.
3. Resource Geologist (Code : RGS)
2.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology Engineering
2.2 Minimum 5 Year experience as Resource Geologist
2.3 Having “Pratama” Certification is preferable
2.4 Able to Operate Mining Software : Minescape or Minex
2.5 Based in Jakarta
4. Exploration Manager (Code : XPM)
4.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geology Engineering
4.2 Minimum 7 Year Experience in Coal Mining Exploration
4.3 Having “Pratama” Certification is preferable
4.4 Outstanding proficiency in exploration project & geological database and mine planning (Mincom) and other General officer Software (Microsoft)
4.5 Mining Principles, Mine Design Concepts & Mining Methods
4.6 Ensure that coal quantity & quality are undertaking their roles effectively
4.7Excellent in Mine Design, Mine Schedullling, Project Evaluating & Budgeting
4.8 Based in Jakarta
5. Exploration Supervisor (Code : XPS)
5.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geology Engineering
5.2 Minimum 3 Year Experience in Coal Mining Exploration
5.3 Having “Pratama” Certification is preferable
5.4 Outstanding proficiency in exploration project & geological database and mine planning (Mincom)
5.5 Ensure that coal quantity & quality are undertaking their roles effectively
5.6 Based in Site
6. SHE Supervisor (Code : SSP)
6.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent and Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry
6.2 In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
6.3 Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
6.4 Fluent in English both oral & written
6.5 Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
6.6 Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
6.7Willing to be placed on site : Jambi
7. Senior Mine Engineer (Code : SME)
7.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Coal Mining Industry.
7.2 Through knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities
7.3 Good knowledge of coal mining terminology
7.4 A very good understanding of Minescape, Minex, Xpac, and Talpac mining software
7.5 Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both bahasa Indonesia and English
7.6 Possess “Pengawas Operational Pratama” certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy is a good addition
7.7 Based Jakarta
8. Production Section Head (Code : PSH)
8.1 Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining engineering
8.2 Minimum 5 years experience in coal mining industry
8.3 Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate
8.4 Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
8.5 Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure
8.6 Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
8.7 Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
9. QC Section Head (Code : QCS)
9.1 Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology
9.2 Minimum 4 Year site experience as Coal Quality Control
9.3 Able to operating software Minescape
9.4 Experience in handling Coal Quality Management & Laboratorium
9.5 High Level of initiative and results oriented
9.6 Willing to be placed in site : South Kalimantan
10. Geotechnical Engineer (Code : GTE)
10.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
10.2 Having “Pratama or Madya” Certification is preferable
10.3 Minimum of 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
10.4 Having Superior Skills in : Geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement, Geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W).
