Engineer - Procurement Project Management
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)


Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
Experience: 4-5years procurement in Oil & Gas environment highly prefered, or customer service or order management function or equivalent experience (>5years for non-Diploma holder), experience in Process Automation industry or contractor background a plus.
Skill/ Knowledge: good follow-up and problem solving capabilities; computer literate with the ability to learn new computer application with ease, familiar with eBidding tool an advantage
Personal traits: mandatory to have high level of integrity and honesty, assertive and outspoken, meticulous and organize, good with data and paperwork, proactive, customer oriented and have a strong sence of urgency

Responsibilities:
Perform activities to align with HON global project goals and objectives
Source, steer, manage, develop and negotiate with suppliers for project buy-outs
Manage and resolve operational issues with purchase order placement, on-time delivery, open purchase orders and aged invoices
Adopt and maintain ISO procedures and records; and comply with Corporate and Government policies and practices
Lead or assist in local cum regional sourcing consolidation projects
Execute regional supply chain initiatives with occasional travel within SEA
A team player, aggresive in Procurement activities ie sourcing and negotiation
Other related tasks as assigned by management
