PT. Indo Kaya Energi is recognized as a well established independent company that has been actively providing specialized product and services in the oil and gas Industry for both onshore and offshore projects.

We are currently seeking professional candidates for the following position:

HR Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Timur)

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
* Have Knowledge of Indonesia Human resource rules and regulation
* 3 to 5 years experience as HR Officer, preferably in oli & gas Company.
* Must know procedure in work permit application for expatriate staff. Hands-on experience is preferable.
* Candidate must be able to work independently, mature, self-motivated and has an excellent communication with all level of staff.
* Fluency in English both oral and written
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cawang - Jakarta Timur.
* Full-Time positions available.
