Logistic & Procurement Supervisor - (Based in Jakarta) Ref: LPSINDO/06/10
This role is the prime interface between all Expro Business units, remote locations and key logistics Government Service Providers (GSP) in the region. As such is responsible for the effective creation, management and development of the commercial relationship and any compliance risks inherent.
To be success in this position you have to be able to:
• Scheduling and coordination of International freight movements.
• Preparation of shipping documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, NAFTA certificates, etc.) for international export cargoes.
• Working directly with business units to ensure all orders are shipped in an expeditious and cost-effective manner and are shipped in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Coordinate the review of products in order to determine the correct transportation requirements, including packaging, labelling, and documentation to ensure that shipments are consistent with contractual requirements, external regulations, and internal procedures.
• To negotiate and place Purchase Orders, ensuring schedule reporting and delivery promises are maintained by suppliers with information communicated to the project/product team and other stakeholders.
• Actively support Team Leaders and Supply Chain Manager with existing supply agreement contracts and consignment stocks levels with the supply chain while negotiating the most competitive commercial package for the company. Interface with the business units to ensure consignment-stocking levels mirror capacity demand and forecast requirements.
The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria:
• Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office essential and with experience of MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred). Needs to be a good communicator, persistent and assertive and hold good current organisational skills.
• Experience of engineering terminology, supplier evaluation, Purchase Order drafting, negotiation and working in/with a purchasing environment essential.
• FCPA experience and working knowledge of INCO Terms required.
• Dangerous Goods Certification and previous Freight forwarding experience is essential.
HSE QA/QC - (Based in Balikpapan) Ref: HSE/INCO/06/10
This position is to assist Balikpapan base in Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Competency management system.
Successful candidate will have to be able to manage all HSE QA/QC aspects including documentations, audits, conduct/ carry out the investigation, recorded and reported to management and that a timely to established and rectifies root causes and prevents recurrence.
The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria:
- Balikpapan citizen will be preferable/ willing to work in Balikpapan.
- Good communication Skill and Good command of the English language.
- Registered safety Officer with DOSH.
- ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 & EMS 14001 working experience.
- Preferably IRCA registered management system auditor for ether ISO 9001 or OHSAS 18001.
- Preferably Taproot Investigation familiarization to conduct HSE and service quality incident investigation.
Drill Stem Test (DST) Operator Ref: DST/INDO/06/10
-You will assist the preparation of down hole tools, carry out correct measurement and calculation, perform job execution during run in hole process and monitor closely the tools performance during well test operation.
- You must have mechanical and strong calculation background, be physically fit for offshore operation and be willing to work on a remote location on a call-out basis.
Operator / Senior Operator Ref: WT/INDO/06/10
You will assist in all phases of rigging up and down of well test equipment on a variety of assigned work locations. As an Operator, you will work under direct supervision, while for the senior operator, occasional responsibility for the crew is required, as well as general operational support and assistance with training. The job will develop into increasing competencies in Well Testing operations and services. You must have mechanical background, the ability to work in a high pressure and high temperature environment and a good command of the English language.
