1. General Manager Technical Operations (Reference no. 462)

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in mining engineering, metallurgy or geology (advanced degree is an asset).
• At least 10-15 years working experience in different executive positions in relevant industries.
• Professional Licensing is required as individual must be a Qualified Person as defined by Indonesian Law.
• Experience in supporting the management of medium to large-scale mining operations.
• Hands-on approach a must, with sound technical and mechanical background.
• General knowledge of OH&S Codes and general mining regulations.
• Frequent travel required.
• Must be willing to work at Balikpapan.

2. Business Development Manager (Reference no. 469)

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent.
• International or regional work experience in Oil and Gas, Chemical / Petrochemical industries, preferably with sound knowledge of related processes.
• Candidate who joined ASME and or PED or PII would be ideal.
• Good business acumen in driving this specific business strategy, preferably having some related network as well.
• Ability to adopt a consultative sales approach and capable of negotiating large scale projects of USS 100,000,- and more.
• Strong team player who is able to perform well under a matrix organization.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of non destructive testing (advantage technique, LRUT, RFT, IRIS, etc), storage tank inspection (above ground storage tanks), piping inspection, vendor inspection and expediting services.

6. Estimator (Reference no. 381)

• At least 10 years of professional experience in coal or nickel mining, and 5 years as Mine Estimator or Senior level, at mining contractor.
• Ability to calculate / estimate the unit cost per bcm of overburden movement, cost per tones of coal extraction, cost per tones of coal haulage, pit dewatering cost, reclamation cost, unit per cost per hour of equipment selection.
• Able to calculate costs and quantities of every material to be used.
• Able to estimate unforeseen or emergency expenses, overhead and percentage of the total project cost to make a profit.
• Lead and monitor a team to a bid price quotation.
• Experience in mining infrastructure estimation (mess, camps, clinic, etc).

7. HSE Maintenance Superintendent (Reference no. 413)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Occupational HSE / Public Health / Environment Engineer.
• At least 5 – 10 years of experience in HSE or related fields.
• Able to focus on the development and delivery of HSE training materials with one consistent approach.
• Able to support the HSE manager to plan, direct, monitor, and evaluate health safety environment system, standard, process, and procedures to enhance safety awareness.
