To support our operations in Indonesia we are seeking highly qualified candidates for the fallowing positions: Maintenance Supervisor Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya) Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with minimum 4 years in Supervisory level Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Maintenance/Repair or equivalent. Familiar and experienced with CATERPILLAR Have a good understanding in Basic Mechanical and Engine Diesel is a must Having an experience in Electrical Technician and NDT will be an advantage Proven experienced in managing > 30 subordinates Proven record in Supervisory Job Full-Time positions available. Responsibilities: Under broad direction, organizes and coordinates all activities associated with maintaining Halliburton equipment at multiple facilities. Responsible for ensuring the duties of the Maintenance department are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner. Develop and implement programs to ensure safety within the Equipment Maintenance group. Develop and implement programs to ensure Service Quality and equipment reliability. Coordinate the acquisition, transfer/delivery, retirement and disposal of equipment. Develop and implement and/or maintain processes and measures to insure the accuracy of SAP data. Supervises others either directly or through subordinates. Coordinates diverse activities within a functional area. Plans work and administers policies.
