Field Service Quality Coordinator (Muara Badak - based)
Responsibilities
- Under broad direction, promotes service excellence and customer satisfaction by providing training and guidance to individuals engaged in well site service work
- Reviews performance data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement
- Promotes the use of the Halliburton Management System (HMS)
- Promotes and encourages safety and service quality
- Monitors on-site field performance assessments (End of Job Customer Survey (EJCS)/ Key Performance Indicator review)
- Champions the implementation of new technology within Product Service Line (PSL)
- Assists employees with Human Resource Development and Human Resources issues (i-Learn, PPR)
- Trains and mentors employees engaged in well site service work
- Coordinates and assists with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for PSL.
- Investigates and performs follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs
- Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within assigned PSL
- Coordinates the hiring process for assigned PSL; in concert with Human Resources
- Administers drug testing & other compliance requirements; in concert with Human Resources
- Interfaces and works effectively with Service Coordinator counterpart pursuant to employee development and evaluation issues
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of an Undergraduate degree (Bachelor / S1) in Engineering with 5-7 years of experience in Technical roles and field operation leadership roles
- Applicants must be willing to work in Muara Badak
Senior Lab Technician - Chemistry (Balikpapan)
Responsibilities
- Under general direction, performs assigned duties according to the chemical hygiene plan and the current HSE laboratory safety standards
- Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations in performing assigned duties and assists lower level technicians in this area
- Perform routine duties to conduct laboratory tests either following procedures or requiring the selection of test equipment/instrumentation procedures
- In some instances, may perform non-routine prototype and/or laboratory testing
- Operates laboratory or other equipment such as pumps and rig equipment, as required to execute assigned tasks
- May build and/or modify non-routine prototypes, models, and special equipment as required
- Repairs, calibrates, and provides general maintenance on tools and equipment
- May perform complex environmental tests using proficient techniques with electrical/electronic, chemical, and mechanical equipment that includes set-up, calibration, trouble-shooting, monitoring, and data collection
- May train lower level technicians
- Collects data, documents test results, and assists in preparing reports or other documentation
- Maintains files and documentation related to test equipment
- Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations in performing assigned duties
Requirements
- Skills typically acquired through Diploma / Bachelor graduate in Chemistry and 5 years of related laboratory testing experience
- Good English (verbal & written)
- Willing to be stationed at Balikpapan
