Field Community Development Officer
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1), Business Administration / Management / Public Relations or other related disciplines.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in CSR and Community Development in Oil & Gas sector.
- Sophisticated understanding of international CSR landscape and best practices.
- Full-Time position available.
The basic purpose is to manage company community development program based on the preminiary assessment of the local community needs. The responsibilities are including community partnerships, internal employee engagement, stakeholder engagement program, CSR vision and values, business case policy, demonstrate the business value of CSR, and improve the awareness of CSR across the organization.
- Develops appropriate targets and ways of assessing progress to drive and evaluate the company’s performance on CSR.
- Able to analyze and make recommendation on the effectiveness of the program from the impact to the community and internal business objectives.
- Develops and maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships with its community.
- Plans and promotes good company image in order to build and maintain a harmonious environment and effective working relationship.
- Generates community support, loyalty and good will; referred to as building company “social license to operate”, an important company business objective.
- Determines how the company will internally and externally express progress toward accomplishing its CSR goals and respond to society’s increasing demand for greater transparency.
- Builds and maintains good relationships with departments internally as well as externally with counterparts in other PSCs, SKK Migas, Migas and other government bodies both at central departmental and regional levels.
- Maintains accurate files records and documentation activities and all related expenses to ensure all transactions are within the approved budget.
- Keeps abreast of applicable laws and regulations that apply to the function and maintains up-to-date compliance.
- Prepares various required reports.
- Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.
- Develops and maintains system of CSR program desgin and initiatives.
- Performs all other duties as may be required by the business needs.
