Process Engineer
(Code: Process Engineer – Your Name)

Successful candidate should has the following qualifications:
• Bachelor S-1 in Mechanical or Naval Engineering.
• 2 years Manufacturing experience in Boiler Industry, Steel Fabrication or related job shop.
• Has a good knowledge of PC based word processing, and Spreadsheet.
• Must be able to interpret drawing correctly and accurately, and understand how to develop detail drawing for ease fabrication process.
• Familiar with related ASME code requirement, Alstom standard requirement, and material specification.
• Strong technical knowledge of production process, communication to shop floor and QC people as a leading technical role for fabrication execution.
• Require very good mathematical aptitude when facing with complex geometric, trigonometric for bending sheet calculation.
• Impact of quality shop package document on quality of work, schedule, cycle time, cost, and overhead rates.
• Impact of decision making on RN/NCR disposition on risk of business.
• Impact of work in process on cost / cycle time of fabrication process.
• English proficiency at least in writing for creating of procedure /purchase requisition is required.

Key Responsibility:
Responsible to integrate all information for fabrication into the routing sheets package and others fabrication documents. This document is to deliver customer requirements and or Alstom standard to shop people, and must contain production process sequence, material information, quality operation, heat treatment, inspection and test, all document referred, etc, in order to ensure fabrication of a quality product on schedule and within budget. It is included the disposition of Rejection Notice (RN) or Non Conformance Report (NCR) which are related to manufacturing process deviation. Also he/she is to handle of subcontracting works with regard to developing and issuing of its Purchase Requisition, its works specification, its material information.



CAD Designer
(Code : CAD – Your Name)

Successful candidate should has the following qualifications:
• At least D-3 diploma in Mechanical Engineer, Naval Architect or Marine Engineer.
• 3 years experience in using CAD Application such as AutoCAD or Microstaion, and having experience with 3D CAD Modelling is a big advantage.
• Experience in Boiler, Power Piping, Steel Structure, or Pressure Vessel detailing
• Good knowledge in Steam Generator, Pressure Parts and Steel Structure Manufacturing
• Knowledge of International Codes and Specification such as ASME, AWS, AISC and JIS
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English
• Experience in using MS Office, particularly MS-Excel or MS-Access
• Description of work experience must be stated in the CV.

Key Responsibility:
Create design and develop arrangement lay-outs of complex major equipment such as pressure parts, non pressure parts, etc. As required, develop detail and shop drawings from arrangement, major assemblies, or layouts on pressure part and non-pressure part items.

Responsibilities:


Manage network elements operation & maintenance (installation and commissioning) and ensure the good quality of network (KPI) as part of the over-all objective.
Over-see and control the whole activity under his job scope and maintain good quality workmanship according to company standard.
Optimize network as not exceed on the allocated operation & maintenance budget.
Support, monitor and coordinate closely with the Project and Construction Department, Radio Planning Department, Transmission Planning and Contractors for details of site configuration prior to implementation. This pertains to equipment configuration, type of equipment to be used, frequency and channel assignments, antenna orientation and tilting and site development completeness.
Prepare weekly network status report, carried operation & maintenance management meeting, delegate the work activities to his subordinates and ensure proper information, instructions and guidelines are followed and adhering company safety and security standard.
Furnish network element maintenance activity schedule for Radio Frequency Optimization, Transmission re-homing and cut-over, network expansion and logistics/equipment and material requirement/inventory.
Manages and implement all site upgrade/downgrade and modifications like re-orientation, re-tilting, and re-location of equipment and additional infrastructure accordingly. This includes the detailed material inventory requisitioned, configuration, problems encountered and, if available, its solution and the site status as completed.
Coordinate with the other Managers and Section Head for details of site(s) and equipment/network configuration requirement prior to installation. Schedule and allocate available manpower and resources for the speed up the implementation.
Prepare project necessary operation & maintenance processes and procedures and implement.
Headed to meet the group KPI/KRA and review subordinates performance appraisals.
