RekindWorleyParsons (RW) is a Joint Operation between PT. Rekayasa Industri and PT. WorleyParsons Indonesia and is currently providing Engineering and Construction Management services for PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI) in Duri,
Riau under its Engineering and Construction Management Contract. RW is seeking qualified and highly motivated engineers and project support staff from multiple disciplines for work on a highly specialized and very high priority 18 month project assessing safety relief systems throughout CPIs entire Sumatran-based operations. A stand-alone team is being formed and will be dedicated exclusively to this effort. Successful candidates will become part of a high-energy, fast-paced project team providing invaluable technical support to the Indonesian subsidiary of one of the worlds most reputable multi-national, fully integrated oil and gas companies, Chevron Inc.

1. LEAD DESIGN ENGINEER MECHANICAL AND PIPING (Relief Systems)
Work Location: Jakarta

Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise Contractors activities in development of deliverables in respective engineering discipline (e.g. piping, mechanical, instrument & control, electrical, civil & structural) during Contract period.
• Serve as SME (subject matter expert) in respective engineering discipline during Contract period, including utilizing Contractors corporate internal and/or external professional networking as necessary.
• Implement Contractors QA/QC plan including internal squad check process for deliverables of the respective engineering discipline, prior to submission to Company.
• Interface with relevant professional organizations to get information on “state of the art” technologies/knowledge on related engineering discipline during performance of Engineering Services.
• Report to and assist Superintendent Engineering for execution of Off-site Engineering Services during the Contract period.

Qualification of Personnel
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 15 years working experience in related engineering discipline works (including 3D modeling related aspects) for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with minimum 10 years of which at senior and lead position. Furthermore, several years of which shall cover following aspects:
• Minimum experience as Lead Design Engineer for EPC or ECM or EB contracts for oil & gas or petrochemical industries in the last 5 years.
• Minimum 5 years working experience outside of his/her home country, in supervising a group of related engineering discipline personnel from various levels (e.g. senior design engineers, design engineers, designers, drafters, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
o Minimum experience as Lead Design Engineer for EPC or ECM or EB contracts for oil & gas or petrochemical industries in the last 5 years.
o Minimum 5 years working experience outside of his/her home country, in supervising a group of process engineering discipline personnel from various levels (e.g. senior design engineers, design engineers, 3D designers, designers, drafters, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
o Alternative for Article (b) above for Group III National only, minimum 8 years working experience with multi-national companies in Indonesia or minimum 8 years working experience in Indonesia on projects for multi-national companies with regular interface with the clients, in supervising a group of process engineering discipline personnel from various levels (e.g. senior design engineers, design engineers, designers, drafters, etc.) with diverse nationalities.
• The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on the respective engineering discipline and broad knowledge on various aspects, such as: related engineering software (refer to Attachment A5), internationally recognized engineering codes & standards, etc.
• The candidate shall have extensive experience in facilitating and/or supporting HAZOPS and VIPs sessions, such as: Value Engineering, etc.
• The candidate shall have strong supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching and networking.
• Candidate shall have extensive experience in providing technical specification & datasheet for procurement process, both for static or rotating equipment, and proficient with all associated codes & standards, such as: API610, API676, ASME-VIII Division 1/2, API650, etc.
• Candidate shall have extensive experience in implementing 3D modeling for piping design and familiar with 3D baseline software (PDMS and Naviswork Review).
• The candidate shall have strong supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching and networking.

2. LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER (Relief Systems)
Work Location: Jakarta

Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise Contractors activities in development of deliverables in process engineering discipline during Contract period.
• Serve as SME (subject matter expert) in process engineering discipline during Contract period, including utilizing Contractors corporate internal and/or external professional networking as necessary

Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare and complete process engineering design, coordinate Contractors activities in development of process engineering deliverables.
• Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if its required to support Companys related projects
• Work closely with Companys user(s) during review sessions of deliverables
• Provide mentoring on related process engineering aspects to Contractors Process Engineers to enhance their competency to provide risk management (safety and reliability) services to the various RekindWorleyParsons Safety & Risk Management clients.
• To be responsible to the performance of projects assigned to both in terms of technical capability and also commercial performance of the project.
• To promote RekindWorleyParsons Safety & Risk Management to clients to achieve follow-on work with existing clients and new work with prospective clients.

Qualification of Personnel
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in process engineering works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities, with minimum 3 years of which at senior engineer position.
• Address and co-ordinate safety in Design requirements.
• Perform Inherent Safety Review.
• Knowledge of HAZOP workshops, Fire & Explosion Analysis, Fire Protection related studies and Formal Safety assessments.
• Identify Safety Critical Element & Performance Standards.
• Identify Design Requirements for Safety Systems.
• Perform Risk Assessment Studies including QRA, FERA, ESSA, F&G, Dropped Object,
• Perform Loss Prevention Studies includes Hazardous Area Classification, EERA.
• Perform fire water system design including fire water demand calculations and steady-state fire water network hydraulic modelling
• Have a sound understanding of Active and Passive Fire Protection Design
• Estimation of work scopes & CTR.
• The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on process engineering and be proficient with related baseline software (refer to Attachment A5) and codes/standards.

4. SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER PIPING (Relief Systems)
Work Location: Jakarta

Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare and complete discipline engineering design, coordinate Contractors activities in development of related discipline engineering deliverables
• Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if its required by Company to support Companys related projects.

5. SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER INSTRUMENT AND CONTROLS (Relief Systems)
Work Location: Jakarta

Roles and Responsibilities
• Prepare and complete discipline engineering design, coordinate Contractors activities in development of related discipline engineering deliverables
• Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if its required by Company to support Companys related projects.
• Work closely with Companys user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.
• Provide mentoring on related engineering discipline aspects to Contractors Design Engineers to enhance their competency.

Requirements
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.

6. PROCESS ENGINEER (Relief Systems)
Work Location: Jakarta

Roles and Responsibilities
• Perform relief valve and overall relief system capacity verification calculations pursuant to API 520 and client engineering standards;
• Permanent member of a special project being established to evaluation Company relief systems (PSVs, flare systems, etc.);
• Prepare and complete development of related discipline engineering deliverables;
• Work closely with Company user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.
• Development of HMB tables for relief systems.

Qualification of Personnel
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent;
• The candidate shall have minimum 3 years working experience in related engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities;
• The candidate shall have adequate knowledge on respective engineering discipline and capable to utilize with related baseline software and codes/standards.
• Demonstrated expertise using HYSYS simulation and FLARENET software.

7. COST ENGINEER (Relief Systems)
Work Location: Jakarta

Roles and Responsibilities
• Perform cost estimating & control Services for Companys projects both at individual or portfolio level which shall include but not limited to: cost estimating, cost control & forecasting, etc.
• Prepare construction cost monitoring report for project executed by Companys contractors and supervised by Contractor. This include in providing monthly project cost accrual for Companys contractor and Contractor.
• Work closely with Company and Companys contractors during performance of cost estimating & control services for Companys projects.
• Develop and maintain Contractors processes and procedures related with cost estimating & control.
• Prepare detailed cost estimate for project execution covering all associated cost components (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, project overheads, etc.) by using budgetary quotations for major equipment and by referring to historical data and/or appropriate cost benchmarks and/or professional judgment.

Qualification of Personnel
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in cost estimating & control, with minimum 4 years of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on various cost estimating & control practices and related codes & standards, including associated software.
• The candidate shall have high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking.

8. SCHEDULER (Relief Systems)
Work Location: Jakarta

Roles and Responsibilities
• Perform project scheduling Services for Companys projects both at individual or portfolio level which shall include but not limited to: development & update of project schedule (up to level-4), collaboration with Contractors Project Controls Specialist to develop and update master schedule (resources loaded, WBS based), critical path identification in project schedule, etc.
• Work closely with Company and Companys contractors during performance of project scheduling services for Companys projects.
• Develop and maintain Contractors processes and procedures related with project scheduling.
• Prepare detailed schedule for project execution covering all associated activities (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, etc.), interconnection among activities and determining critical path activities, by referring to historical data and/or appropriate duration benchmarks and/or professional judgment.

Qualification of Personnel
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) with 8 years working experience or engineering diploma degree (D3) with 12 years working experience, both in construction execution and project scheduling.
• Minimum 4 years of which (for S1 degree) or 6 years of which (with D3 degree), working in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall have broad knowledge on contruction execution and thorough knowledge on various project scheduling methods and related codes & standards, including associated software.
• The candidate shall have high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking.
