Yard has maintained a strong presence in Karimun Islands which currently employs more than 2,000 people. It is now the biggest fabrication yard in Southeast Asia as a key player in the Oil & Gas industry in Indonesia, providing Offshore/Onshore EPCI – Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation.

Asia Pacific has emerged as one of the key business areas for our group. In order to carry out the growth and expansion plans, we are looking for the following qualified and experienced individuals to join our new team at Karimun Island for the construction and fabrication phase and the development of our new fabrication yard project

Prefabrication Superintendent (Code : PS)
Quantity Required : 2

Key Responsibilities:
Organize, coordinate and control the prefabrication works, hiring, ensuring the management of interfaces with production superintendents, engineering and quality control. Manage the execution of prefabrication activities (structural, piping) and assembling of elementary parts to be released for the erection activities ‬

Requirements:
▪ 10 years’ experience as a Prefabrication Superintendent position
▪ Fair English oral and written communication skills
▪ Capability to plan assigned project team activities defining technical roles and tasks and estimating the needed number of resources and their skills, in order to meet project milestones and targets
▪ Knowledge of piping and steel structures materials and consumables
▪ Knowledge of prefabrication equipment
▪ Understanding and application of a project execution and construction plan
▪ Capability to read and interpret technical project documents

Structural Superintendent (Code : SS)
Quantity Required : 1

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the execution of prefabrication works, verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame‬

Requirements:
▪ 10 years’ experience as a Prefabrication Supervisor position
▪ Fair English oral and written communication skills
▪ Capability to define team members overall roles and responsibilities and enhance individual skills ensuring the best performance of the team in order to achieve the objectives
▪ Knowledge of structural steel cutting


Welding Superintendent (Code : WS)
Quantity Required : 1

Key Responsibilities:
Organize, coordinate and control the welding activities, ensuring the management of interfaces with construction disciplines, methods disciplines, welding engineering and quality control‬

Requirements:
▪ 10 years’ experience as a Welding Superintendent position
▪ Fair English oral and written communication skills
▪ Knowledge of fabrication and assembly methodologies for piping, steel structures, equipment, skids and modules. Knowledge of prefabrication and assembly practices
▪ Capability to define team members overall roles and responsibilities and enhance individual skills ensuring the best performance of the team in order to achieve the objectives
▪ Knowledge of piping and steel structures materials and consumables
▪ Capability to read and interpret technical project documents

Prefabrication Supervisor (Code : PFS)
Quantity Required : 7

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the execution of prefabrication works, verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame‬

Requirements:
▪ 10 years’ experience as a Prefabrication Supervisor position
▪ Fair English oral and written communication skills
▪ Capability to coordinate Subcontractors and internal personnel from a technical point of view
▪ Knowledge of prefabrication methodologies for piping and steel structures.
▪ Awareness of erection/assembly activities, awareness of lifting and heavy lifting methodologies
▪ Knowledge of structural steel cutting
▪ Understanding of pipe cutting and beveling
