Our company is a fast growing mining company located in Central Kalimantan, is seeking for suitably qualified and Fresh Graduated personnel for the following positions :



PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PS)

Qualifications:
• Male, max 35 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer from reputable University.
• Experience at least 2 years as Production Spv (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Responsible in coal processing and coal quality control.
• Have a minimum POP License are preferable
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent in analytical, problem solving and report writing skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commitment to implement safety and environment regulations.
• Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks.
• Willing to be relocated at Site.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE)

Qualifications:
• Male, min 28 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in HSE/Public Health from reputable University.
• Having knowledge of HSE regulation, identification of danger, formulation of JSA, formulation of SOP, incident investigation, environmental issue.
• Experience at least 4 years in HSE on the same field (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Held the “General AK3 and POP” Indonesian Mining competency certificate, preferably held a “POM” certificate will be advantage
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Good Communication in English, written & verbal
• Willing to be relocated at Site.

HR STAFF

Qualifications:
• Male, min 25 years old (Domicilie in Central Kalimantan)
• Holding at least a Bachelor degree from Psychology/Law, Economy & Social Science.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Having good knowledge with HR rules & regulation, people development, training and industrial relation.
• Must be computer literate
• Having good interpersonal skill and leadership
• Fluent in English will be advantage
• Fast learner and ability to work under pressure
• Willing to be relocated at Site.

MINE PLAN ENGINEER (MPE)

Qualifications:
• Male, min 27 years.
• A total of 5 years mining experience with at least 2 years in gold mining operations:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer from reputable University.
• Able to use construction software Minescape, AutoCAD, Surpac & Minesched, etc.
• Highly motivated, strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and work in a team, good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Held the “POP” Indonesian Mining competency certificate, preferably held a “POM” certificate will be advantage
• Willing to be relocated at Site.

DRILL & BLAST (DBS)

Qualifications:
• Min Bachelor degree in Mining with Class Blaster Certificate.
• Have a minimum POP License and KIM is still valid.
• Min. 5 years previous experience in drilling & blasting, preferably as a supervisor.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written & verbal.
• Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software.
• Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.
• Willing to be relocated at Site.

QUALITY CONTROL (QC)

Qualifications:
• Male, max 40 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology.
• Minimum 2 Years site experience as Coal Quality Control.
• Able to operating software Minescape.
• Experience in handling Coal Quality Management & Laboratorium.
• High Level of initiative and results oriented.
• Willing to be relocated at Site.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING (ME)

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience
• Good knowledge in GDT and stack-tolerance analysis
• Applicants with working experience in Design Margin, Loss Function, Gage R&R will be preferred
• Good working knowledge in statistical tools (Six Sigma)
• 3D modeling and design skills on plastic/ sheet metal parts will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be relocated at Site.

PORT CAPTAIN (PC)

Qualifications:
• Male, max 40 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major from reputable University.
• Experience at least 3 years in Shipping and Offshore Captain experinece 3 years as Master in the relevant field
• Knowledge about “borneo river” will be advantage
• Minimum holding ANT III Certificate
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Cargo Calculation
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be relocated at Site.

MAINTENANCE HEAVY EQUIPMENT (HE)

Qualifications:
• Male, max 40 years.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanic from reputable University.
• Prepare report on heavy equipment maintenance, inspection of machine (Preferable Coal Mining Industries).
• Min 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management, familiar and able to do preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance and repair heavy equipment such forklifts / excavator / loader / dozer, / dump truck / etc
• Willing to be relocated at Site.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (SCM)

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Preferably master degree such MBA or equivalent
• Min 5 years experience in supply chain and/or logistic management in Coal Mining Industries
• Preferred with certification in supply chain management
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be relocated at Site.
