1. Sr. Electrical Engineer - 0023/ENG

Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor degree in Electrical (higher degree preferred)
• 5-12 years’ experience in Engineering & Construction for Mining/ Oil & Gas
• Strong software skills: Ms. Office program, AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux
• Familiar with PID drawing (preferable)
• Ability to develop design specifications, design basis, Engineering calculations, MTOs, datasheets and specifications including technical RFQs and TBEs.

Responsibilities:
• Design single line (SLD), Schematic, termination & any electrical drawing
• Load calculation, cable sizing/ schedule/ earthing, lightning, etc.
• Preparation datasheet, specification, MTO

2. Jr. Electrical Engineer – 0026/ENG

Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)
• 2-5 years’ experience in Engineering & Construction for Mining/ Oil & Gas
• Must be competent in Ms. Office program, AutoCAD, ETAP (Preferable), Dialux (preferable)
• Familiar with PID drawing (preferable)
• Jakarta based but willing to work to site visit/construction

Responsibilities:
• Design single line (SLD), Schematic, termination & any electrical drawing
• Load calculation, cable sizing/schedule/earthing, lightning, etc.
• Preparation datasheet, specification, MTO

3. Planner / Scheduler - 0024/TS

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in engineering preferred from civil background.
• 2 – 4 years experience in similar position preferred from mining or energy company.
• Having good knowledge about technical preferred mining or energy project scopes.
• Must able to operate computer programme mainly Primavera & Ms-Project
• Office based but able to work at site if needed even though only site visit

Responsibilities:
• Prepare schedule according to appropiate WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
• Prepare project activities complete with duration and logic sequence
• Prepare resources loading if needed according to committed schedule / baseline
• Prepare progress distribution complete with S-Curv
• Merge & integrate vendor / sub-contractor schedule

4. Procurement Engineer - 0029/TS

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in engineering preferred from civil, mechanical or electrical background.
• 4 — 8 years of experience in similar position preferred from mining or Energy Company.
• Having good knowledge about technical, mining or energy project scopes.
• Must be having good computer literacy mainly in excel, access or other computer programs correlated with data processing such as QDMS.
• Office based but able to work at site if needed even though only site visit
• Familiar with procurement activities such as contacting & vendor clarification, summaries bid of vendor quotation and able to re-arrange project schedule to procurement schedule.
• Preferred the candidates have had enough vendor data mainly around of mining or energy vendor.

Responsibilities:
• Look for vendor as per project requirements
• Summaries vendor data and price conditions to be inputted in procurement software
• Arrange vendor to submit quotation, clarification and meeting or presentation if needed.
• Update procurement database
• Review and coordinate TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) with engineering team.
• Review and coordinate CBE (Commercial Bid Evaluation) with vendor.
• Re-arrange project schedule to procurement schedule

5. Sr. Cost Control – 0036/ENG

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Engineering degree, majoring in Civil/Mechanical-preferably /majoring in accounting are welcome to apply.
• Min. 10 years working experience as Cost Control in the related industries (mining/construction/O&G/power plants)
• Good initiative, attentive to detail and have high sense of controlling for any cost
• Able to work independently with expatriate executives level
• Strong understanding with EPCM, EPC and Engineering works during entire project cycle

Responsibilities:
• Assist in develop, update and implement cost control system & procedure & templates for Corporate and Projects
• Responsible to manage overall cost report for multiple various Projects
• Assist PM to develop dedicated budget estimation for each work package
• Develop Cost Breakdown Structures
• Identify each Project policies to develop dedicated cost report model & monitoring system for internal & external purpose including forecast & variance status with strong interface on scheduling, estimating, accounting, procurement and project management
• Record, monitor & verify committed/occurred/pending cost & Project progress for direct & indirect cost to be in-line with project policies and provide cash flow forecast with strong interface with Accounting and PM
• Cost validation with Clients
• Ensure there is no overrun for each project cost for both external and internal

6. Project Secretary – 0040/BA 6 months contract, possible to be permanent)

Qualifications:
• Min. Diploma of Secretarial or Business Administration or equivalent practical experiences
• Minimum 2 years of experiences in a project secretarial or similar role preferably within the industry.

Responsibilities:
• Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the projects, including prepare correspondence, e.g. Typing, formatting, collation and distribution.
• Microsoft Office assistant in preparing project documents related In MS Office applications.
• Ensuring work progress within schedule & budget
• Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the operations and project team
• Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project team and department
• Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties, compiling weekly timesheet register and seek of manager approval.
• Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims etc.
• Assist to check and verify staff claims and invoices for project team
• Liaise with HR in relation to project new starters, leavers and transfers, and generally assist in the relocation of project staff
• General administrative assistant as required by the Manager.

7. Account Payable & Tax Officer – 0044/FA&T

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Economic degree, majoring in Accounting
• Min. 5 years working experience in Finance & Accounting field especially in Account Payable
• Accounting/ERP software skills
• Report writing skills
• Attentive to detail
• Experienced in Tax

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing an accurate and up to date financial report related to AP & Tax, administrative and clerical services
• Assist FA&T Coordinator in reviewing tax and cash flow on a weekly and monthly basis
• Establish and maintain effective communications with all colleagues.
• Maintain asset register and asset ledger.
• Ensure the accurate payment process, both in bank & bookkeeping
• Prepare Jamsostek report and additional/reduction members
• Responsible to petty cash bookkeeping

8. Payroll & Tax Officer – 0042/FA&T

Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Economic degree, majoring in Accounting
• Min. 5 years working experience in Payroll and/or Tax, and Min. 6 years working experience as a Tax Consultant
• Payroll software skills and experience in E-SPT
• have brevet A & B certificate
• Report writing skills
• Attentive to detail

Responsibilities:
• Maintain Payroll Database Entry and status-change data
• Review final timesheet/attendance list by weekly and monthly basis and coordinate with HR officer to ensure all the supporting documentation completely attached to the timesheet
• Prepare any calculation related to employee cost and benefit, such as regular payroll, overtime, final payment, bonus, insurance and provision
• Responsible to upload any payroll payment and liaise with corporate bank
• Prepare Jamsostek report, processing e-payment and liaise with AR Jamsostek for any reconciliation, processing card and reports
• Prepare cost allocation journal by project and salary group
• Prepare monthly payroll & attendance report and responsible for salary slip distribution
• Verify and ensure any outgoing/incoming tax invoice are agreed with Tax Government Regulation
• Prepare weekly and monthly outstanding tax payment forecast
• Prepare monthly tax calculation and tax return for income tax article 21, 22, 23, 26, 4(2) and VAT
• Prepare annual tax calculation and tax return for employee income tax and corporate income tax
• Responsible to E-SPT, processing e-tax payment and submission report to Tax Office
• Calculate and estimate any tax penalty for monthly provision
• Liaise with external auditors and handle any tax audit requirements
• Maintain proper filing for any documentation related to Payroll &Tax (both softcopy and hardcopy)

9. Receptionist – 0036/BA (6 months contract, possible to be permanent)

Qualifications:
• Min. Diploma from any majors, preferably Administration, Communication or equivalent practical experience
• Pleasant and positive personality with highly skilled in greeting guests professionally
• Confidence, professional and smart appearance
• Well versed in managing multiple line phone system and handling multiple incoming calls
• Well organized and proven record of performing clerical duties

Responsibilities:
• Greeted, assisted and directed guests, workers, visitors and the general public
• Managing incoming calls and general inquiries from external Parties
• Manage outgoing & incoming documents/ packages
• Organizing simple travel arrangement (transportation & accommodation)
• Manage employee medical insurance claims and submission
• Oversee office building fitness and supervise repairing process, i.e. AC, leaking, broken door, lights off, etc.
• Performing administration clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, collating and maintained the common filling system.

10. Document Control – 0013/ENG (6 months contract, possible to be permanent)

Qualifications:
• Has minimum Diploma graduate from any major discipline.
• Has minimum 1-2 years’ work experiences as Document Controller in Engineering company, ISO company is preferred.
• Having knowledge in QDMS would be an advantage.
• Has attention to details and good communication and interpersonal skill.

Responsibility:
• Follow Company Document Control procedure.
• Receive incoming documents, register, create transmittal note, submit documents and remind recipients to sign and return the transmittal.
• File and maintain project files, keep revision history of hard copy documents and electronic file on a regular basis. Including technical documents, drawings, vendor data, client’s comments, incoming and outgoing documents, and correspondence.
• Update Deliverable List into QDMS, Documents, Vendor Data, Client’s comments, and distribute latest revision documents to related person.
• Generate Document Control Progress reports as required.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written.
2. Must have good computer literacy; Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word, and Visio), and report preparation.
3. Ability to work on his/ her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team
4. Ability to work fast, multi-task and tight deadlines and also self-motivated.
5. Related experiences in Engineering, Procurement Construction (EPC) or Consultant on Mining Development, Mineral Processing and General Infrastructure. Oil and Gas experience well regarded
6. Familiar with Codes/ Standards, both Local Standards (SNI) and International Codes/ Standards, ASME, API, TEMA, AS, BS, AISC, IBC, UBC, AISC, ACI, and other International Standards – for Engineering positions
7. All roles are Jakarta based however may require travelling to site when needed
