G-Resources is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong, and is operating the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatera. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing,
SAG and ball milling and CIL, processes in excess of 4.5mtpa to produce greater than 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces of silver annually. The Martabe Gold Mine is striving to maintain an excellent track record in responsible mining practices, and clear commitment to compliance to mining regulations as well as developing and managing mining activities with the involvement of local communities.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:


Supervisor Business Consultant (CD 0968)

This position will be based in Martabe Project and reports directly to Senior Supervisor SME Development.

Role of this position is responsible :
• Creating and developing an innovation approaches to the business implementation to increase sales and production values for local community.
• Monitoring and evaluating client business and management process.
• Monitoring the established business implementation and ensuring all the business running well also adhering to the plan.
• Provide technical support to superior in setting up new criteria and analyse the most suitable assisted entrepreneur to run the approved new business.
• Developing selection process system for local contractor who wants to involve in program as assisted company.
• Providing alternatives and recommendations to clients to solve their business problems, increase efficiency and effectiveness of the business overall.
• Maintaining good relationship with internal or external of PTAR in order to preserve and create business opportunities for assisted entrepreneurs.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Economic, Engineering or relevant degree in Business Management.
2. At least 7 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
3. High level of knowledge in all areas of Business Development such as Business Plan, General Management and Business Counselling.
4. Excellent ability in interpersonal and intrapersonal communication.
5. High level of competency in negotiation, analytical and conceptual skills.
6. Must have strong understanding in leadership and influential team building skills.
7. Excellent communication skill and presentation skill.

Senior Supervisor Recruitment (HR 0966)

This position will be based in Martabe Project and reports directly to HR Superintendent – Recruitment & Compensation Benefit.

Role of this position is responsible to :
• Initiate recruitment strategy to attract and retain qualified candidates.
• Develop effective practices to facilitate hiring process, identification and placement of qualified applicants.
• Analyse recruitment plan and identify various sources to search qualified candidates and place the candidates in the right position.
• Involve in placement process like conducting the reference check, negotiating with the candidate, ensuring the offers letter and its administration as well.
• Demonstrate highly develop communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and also willingness to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Developing and implementing recruitment strategy, excellent interview skills and strong negotiation skills.
• Identify the position proposed by user is in line with the Manning Budget.
• Analyse the work load of position (Job Analysis) and Job Grade.
• Completing and updating all Job Description.
• Analyse and providing the Manpower and Budget Planning.
• Update the Report of Organization Structure of/to all Departments.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines.
2. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
3. Experience in interview technique, Psychological tools, scoring and interpretation.
4. Familiar with various psychological assessment method or professional certification in Competency Based Interview from a credible institution would be an advantages.
5. Excellent communication skills, which include both written and oral communication skills.
6. Excellent in English communication and writing.
7. Good leadership, negotiations and interpersonal skills.

Superintendent Local Business Development (CD 0967)

This position will be based in Martabe Project and reports directly to Community Development Manager.

Role of this position is responsible :
• Develop and provide community empowerment programs through economic development activities around DAVs area.
• Infrastructures development support for local community socially and institutionally.
• Develop policy and procedure for the business development function and infrastructure support.
• Develop plan of Micro Finance institution or system that can be align with Local banking Institution.
• Monitoring the technical aspects of the implementation of Community Development Work Plan.
• Monitoring, reviewing and evaluating Research & Support Target to ensure the program implementation meets the measurable targets.
• Promote the participation of local communities in the design, implementation and management of project activities.
• Investigate and evaluate the market requirement and condition within company and ongoing business process for local community.
• Provide guidance or mentorship to and facilitate the professional development of the community development staff.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Economic, Social or Communication.
2. At least 7 - 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
3. High level of knowledge in all areas of Business Development such as feasibility study, finance, contract management and supply chain.
4. Excellent problem solving and analytical skill.
5. High level of competency in personal computer applicants.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skill.
7. High attention to detail and must be able to meet tight deadlines.
8. Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential along with excellent report writing.
