A PMA ONSHORE DRILLING COMPANY REQUIRE SENIOR POSITIONS FOR:

Senior Positions:
1. OPERATION MANAGER
2. EXPLORATION MANAGER

3. HSE MANAGER
4. SENIOR DRILLING ADVISOR
5. COMMERCIAL ADVISOR

Minimum Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of geology, ore deposits, exploration methods, property evaluation & mining and processing methods for position No. 2.
• To identify and make recommendations on potential project acquisitions, participation and further development of existing projects for position No. 2.
• Manage drilling and other contractors through the tender process and contract negotiation for position No. 1 and 2
• Good understanding of HSE and Risk Assessment for position No. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
• Good understanding of commercial and financial for drilling operation for position No. 2 and 5.
• Relevant Diploma and Financial Certification for position No.5.
• Sound communications skills in English language (verbal, reading and writting) for all positions.
• Managements skills for all positions.
• Minimum 10 years experience work with Surface and Underground Drilling Operations for all positions
• Sound drilling knowledge and drilling fluid usage for Diamond Core Drilling for position No. 1 and 4.
• Training of local personnel in the latest and safest di hung practices for position No. 1, 3 and 4.
• Drilling qualifications (Cert III, Cert IV, S1, S2, First Aid etc.), No. 1 & 4.
• Diploma for HSE Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 end OHSAS 18001 for position No. 3.
• University degree in Geology or a related Earth Science for position No. 2
