SENIOR MECHANICAL & PIPING INSPECTOR

Requirements:
• Male
• Minimum D3 from any related background
• Have experience in the field, no color blind and have a healthy body

Scope of Work :
- Assist in the approval of pipe welding methods, installations, inspections, and testing, and procedures.
- Conduct inspection on Contractor’s supplied equipment and pipe materials as well as field piping to ensure compliance with spesifications and codes.
- Witness hydrostatic tests and satisfactory operations of in-line items such as valves, orifice, drain system, PSV etc.
- Inspect equipment/pipe support and hangers to ensure ail are assembled and secure correctly and that the line can be safely loaded.
- Ensure acceptable edge preparations, fit-ups and welding of pipes.
- Maintain all test record.
- Participate in the resolution of the quality problems as governed by ITP.
- Carry our detailed visual inspectionon equipment and recommend strip-down if necessary to ascertain speedy and safe commisioning of mechanical items. Provide FAT assistant/ inspection for all equipment
- Coordinate with CONTRACTOR to minimize work interfence and delays due to procedures, testing etc.
- Ensure safety standards and requirements are observed and bring policy matters to attention of superiors.
- Assist in preparation of field change notices, extra work orders and back charge notices when required.
- Anticipate and take corrective actions to prevent quality problems, failures, defective works and deficient reports.

SENIOR ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENT INSPECTOR

Scope of Work :
Coordinate closely with CONTRACTOR to minimize work interference due to engineering or construction quality problems
- Ensure that proper quality control techniques and procedures are established by the contractor. Ensure that quality control is carried out during the installation phase.
- Appraise the quality and perfomance of contractor’s field personnel.
- Keep QA engineer advised on below average performance of contractor’s field personnel.
- Supervise and witness Megger Tests and Continuity checks for all cables.
- Monitor the contractor’s efforts to verify that electrical and instrument material and equipment supplied meet the project spesification.
- Ensure correct inventory and proper inspection records are maintained by contractor.
- Check to ensure adequate and proper inspection records are maintained by contractor.
- Participate in the resolution of quality problems as directed.
- Assist in the preparation of constraction punch list.
- Provide FAT assistant/ inspection for all equipment.
- Ensure safety standards and requirements are observed and bring policy matters to attention of superior

SENIOR GENERAL INSPECTOR

- Conduct dimensional inspections as required for verfications
- Visually inspect and monitor welding operations (including grinding and back gouging) and finished works.
- Determine use of appropriate NDT methods and evaluate test results.
- Follow-up on nonconformance and corrective actions including administrative verification.
- Enforce safety in welding , hot work and NDT operations.
- Establish and maintain record of welding procedures, welder Qualifications/disqualifications, rejects and repairs to ensure that factual and complete information is available to respond to request and recommendations of Quality Assurance Auditors
- Make provisions to be informed of any special materials which arrive at site for welding so that new procedures and welder’s test can be formatted if necessary
- Monotir repair rates of all welders so as to avoid excessive delays due to high rejection rates and recommend, through QA Engineer, for welder re-testing or replacement
- Maintain records of progress of welding operations
- Assist in ensuring requirements of regulatory authorities and/or Quality Assurance Auditors are implemented and satisfactory
- Ensure safety standars and requirements are observed and bring policy matters to attention of superiors (Discipline Engineers and Site Resident Engineer)

SENIOR QUALITY/NDT INSPECTOR

Scope of Work :
- Review all NDT procedures and assist in approval
- Ensure NDT operators are qualified, certified and competent to do the job. Ensure the equipment is suitable for the job, calibrated and in good condition
- Monitor the performance of NDT activities including interpretation of result
- Verify NDT work by audit if required
- Ensure NDT records including radiographic films are properly kept, maintained, packed and easily retrievable
- Ensure that NDT Contractros comply with the safety requirement during the transportation, storage and use of radioactive sources
- Ensure result of NDT are correct and satisfy the acceptance level of work requirement
- Participate in the resolution of the quality problems as directed by QA Engineer
- Prepare schedules covering his work when required by project controls section

- Ensure installation of Infield Flowlines, Export Pipeline (Offshore & Onshore), Risers and PLEM are complying with related Procedures

- Inspect and monitor project welding quality & operations
- Maintain records on test, evaluation and measurements
- Ensure all welding works and NDT works comply with the requirement of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and NDT Procedures
- Visually inspect and to ensure Field Joint Coating & Anodes installation are comply with Procedures

Scope of Work :
- Ensure quality of overall material used, verify qualification of personnel performing the work, ensure appoved procedures/methods are used, ensure advance warnings of possible problem areas of items provded to the QA Engineer and verify corrective actions including repair. Keep QA Engineer informed of the current quality status
- Having sound knowledge and proficiency to supervise, control and reporting the quality of
a. Earthwork operation, quality control, equipment and testing (inclusive of ground improvement work)
b. Pilling operation, quality control, equipment (especially hydraulic hammer and pipe testing (static and dynamic)
c. Concreate work, quality control, equipment and concrete testing
d. Steelwork, quality control, equipment and steelwork NDT
- Sound proficiency in application and result interpretation, supervisory and control of geodetic work (equipment, software and benchmarking)
- Coordinate with CONTRACTOR to minimize work interference on testing or procedure qualificaiton requirement
- Cooperate and assist CONTRACTOR & others, where possible in the achievement of quality goals
- Asist in preparation of field change notices, extra work orders and back charge notices when required
- Monitor, verify or check provision of incoming material (quality, material certificate, supply status etc)
- Conduct dimensional quality inspection for verification and ensure acceptable fit-up during concrete work (formwork, re-baring, and also during steel structure fabrication and erection)

-Having an analytical and time management aptitude to maintain records of backlog and progress of overall civil / Structure work performed (including ground improvement)
- Maintain records on testing, evaluation and measurement. Monitor repair / corrective work

EXPEDITOR

Requirements:

Scope of Work :
- Contact vendor and shipper to ensure that merchandise, supplies, and equipment are forwardedon specified shipping date
- Contact vendor by email, phone,or visit to verify shipment of goods on specified date
- Communicate with transportation company to preclude delays in transit
- Arrange for distribution of materials upon arrival
- Contact vendors for materials requistion
- Inspect products for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to spesifications
- Verify completeness of shipping / material delivery document to ensure the compliance to regulation for entering ports of Indonesia.


SENIOR MATERIAL COORDINATOR

- Coordinate closely with CONTRACTROR on the matter related to HSE procedure and implementation requirements as per HSEMS.
- Monitor HSE quality culture at the project site
- Verify all the HSE activities and performsnces carried out by the Contractor.
- Maintain record on HSE related incident (LTI, near miss, unsafe act, etc), meetings and breafing
- To report any HSE problem/issue to Safety Officer or Senior Resident (SR) Engineer or COMPANY site Representatative.
- Observance and enforcement of safe working practices.
- Maintain records of use of the approved procedures, rejection and corrective actions
- Ensure safety standards and requirement are observed and bring policy matters to attention of superiors.
- Monitoring and appraise Contrctrors HSE requirement and ensure that the work have been carried out correctly and safety in compliance with COMPANYs HSEMS..

SENIOR COATING/PAINTING INSPECTOR

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 from any related background
• Have experience in the field, no color blind and have a healthy body

Scope of Work :
- Ensure contractors handling equiment, pipe hooks, trilers etc. are checked to prevent demage during handling of line pipe. Riview and liaison with discipline engineer on coating and repair procedure and specification.
- Check test certificates are availaible for all coating and wrapping meterials
- Inspect coating consumable materials and surface preparation (blasting etc).
- Ensure all work including cleaning, priming, and final coating is carried out in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
- Check to ensure that contractors carry out bond test as per specifications
- Witness holiday detection test and repairs of demaged coating
- Where anodes are installed, check position and method of attachment is to specifiactions
- Inspect weight cost batching, mixing and impingement
- Inspect reinforcement element for compliance with specification and correct positioning
- Ensure cube test are performed regularly.
- Check that weight, length and girth of coated pipe is in accordance with specifiactions.
- Ensure that core sample are taken and tested in accordance with specifications.
- Maintain record on use of approved procedures, rejections and corretive actions.
- Participate in the resulation of the quality problems as governed by ITP
- Corporate with and assist CONTRACTOR and others including Quality Assurance Auditors
