1 Mechanical Technician (STATIC)
Positions vacant - 15 No.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Maximize the Reliability & Availability of Reactors, Catalytic Reformers, Fired Heaters, Heat Exchangers (Fixed, Floating, U Tube), HP Vessels/Drums, Pressure Relieving Devices, Storage Tanks (Fixed, Floating), Piping Components, HP/MP Steam Boilers, Steam System (Desecrators, Steam Traps, Super heaters), Water Treatment Plants (DM, Polishing Units), Fin Fan Coolers, Cooling Towers, Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant equipment, Fire Fighting system (Deluge Systems, Ring Headers, Foam)
• Assist in Routine-Preventive – Corrective – Shutdown Maintenance
Minimum Qualification / Experience
• Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience : 5 to 8 years hands on experience in Mechanical Maintenance of Static & General equipment in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical or Fertilizer, which includes - Preventive, Corrective & Shutdown Maintenance of following equipment : Reactors, Catalytic Reformers, Fired Heaters, Heat Exchangers (Fixed, Floating, U Tube), HP Vessels/Drums, Pressure Relieving Devices, Storage Tanks (Fixed, Floating), Piping Components, HP/MP Steam Boilers, Steam System (Desecrators, Steam Traps, Super heaters), Water Treatment Plants (DM, Polishing Units), Fin Fan Coolers, Cooling Towers, Industrial Waste Water Treatment Plant equipment, Fire Fighting system (Deluge Systems, Ring Headers, Foam)


2 Mechanical Supervisor (STATIC)
Positions vacant - 5 No.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Ensuring the integrity of the Static. Executing the mechanical maintenance of variety of static equipment, reformers, reactors, boilers, hydro-crackers, piping/Valves/Relief Valves etc as per detailed below :
• Ensure the integrity of the Static equipment of the plant by doing maintenance according to approved maintenance strategies
• Front line supervision of field maintenance activities according to predetermined schedule to ensure compliance and prevention of complacency
• Development/Review of Safe Maintenance Procedures (SMP’s) per piece of equipment
• Plan, organize, execute and control shutdowns for static equipment
• Implementing safety policies and standards; ensuring the safety of the mechanical section accordingly
• Identification of technical problems/opportunities and its rectifications.
• Implementation of maintenance solutions and practices following sound Continuous Improvement principles
• Assessment criteria includes: Downtime, availability, reliability, MTBF for Static equipment ,throughput, plant yield and related efficiency measures, deviation from operating within agreed and legal process parameters.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Duties pertaining to Problem Solving/ Work Complexity:
• Ensuring the integrity of the equipment in all the twelve (12) process technologies, ensuring that all units (Air Separation Unit (ASU), Auto Thermal Reformer (ATR), Fischer Tropsch (FT), Hydrogen Production Unit (HPU), Chemicals, Cold Separator, Product Workup Unit (PWU), Effluent Treatment, Water Treatment, Steam Condensate, Cooling Water, Power Generation, other supporting Utilities & Off-sites etc.) perform according to/within operational and design parameters. This includes planning processes to ensure an optimum maintenance cycle.
• Planning and scheduling is done on a continual basis for appropriate action at the appropriate time to minimize plant tripping and equipment breakdown. This requires continuous monitoring of plant equipment and analysis of data thereof to determine the most effective, efficient and responsible Training of action.
• In case of equipment failure, root cause analysis of failure to determine what went wrong and how it could be fixed; consequently directs concerned maintenance section to take action to rectify the problem;

Minimum Qualification / Experience
• Education: HND (Mechanical/ Diploma in Mechanical )- with 10 years experience must or Bachelor of Engineering with minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience: 8 - 10 Years in a maintenance field of expertise in a petrochemical industry ” essential including Experience of at least 5 years in a Supervisory position in an oil/gas environment.


3 Mechanical Supervisor (ROTATING)
Positions vacant - 6 Nos.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but not be limited to:
• Ensuring the integrity of the Rotating Equipment. Assist in execution of mechanical maintenance of variety of Large and other Rotating equipment like Compressors, Steam Turbines, and Pumps etc.
• Assist in front line supervision of field maintenance activities according to predetermined schedule to ensure compliance and prevention of complacency
• Assist in development/Review of Safe Maintenance Procedures (SMP’s) per piece of equipment
• Assist in planning, organizing, executing and controlling shutdowns for Rotating equipment
• Identification of technical problems and its rectification.
• Implementation of maintenance solutions and practices following sound Continuous Improvement principles
• Ensure relevant compliance as per ORYX GTL codes and related International Codes.
• Assessment criteria includes: Downtime, availability, reliability, MTBF for Rotating equipment ,throughput, plant yield and related efficiency measures, deviation from operating within agreed and legal process parameters.

• Maximize the Reliability & Availability of Centrifugal Pump (Back pullout/Vertically split, End supported/Horizontally split, Multistage, Vertical, Submersible), HP Centrifugal Compressor (Multistage, Horizontally split/Barrel Type, Integrally geared), Centrifugal Blowers / Fans, Steam Turbines (Single / Multistage, Condensing / Back Pressure), Gear pumps, Metering pumps, Reciprocating Compressors, Shaft Alignment, Mechanical / Gas seal assembly, Associated ancillary equipment like Lube oil skids, Hydraulic skids, Speed Changing Gear Units.
• Assist in Routine-Preventive-Corrective-Shutdown Maintenance

Minimum Qualification / Experience
• Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

5 Machinist
Positions vacant -4 Nos.

Qualification: Machinist Trade Certificate
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Machine Shop operating boring, shaping, milling and planning machine tools. Should be proficient in operating Precision Machine tools such as micrometers, venires, calipers, dial gauges, depth gauges etc.
Work Environment: 100% non-air conditioned plant environment exposed to prevailing weather conditions of heat, humidity, grease, dirt, noise and fumes.
Official language: English is Official language. Should be able to speak thoroughly and write in English

6 CNC - Machinist
Positions vacant -4 Nos.

Qualification: CNC Industrial Trade Certificate
Experience : Minimum 4 years experience in programming & Operation of CNC machines in a Maintenance workshop environment.
Work Environment: 100% non-air conditioned plant environment exposed to prevailing weather conditions of heat, humidity, grease, dirt, noise and fumes.

7 Draftsmen (Mechanical)
Positions vacant - 2 Nos.

Responsibilities:
• Develop preliminary sketches, layout, assembly and detail drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop the drawings for the equipment and major piping modification works

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Good understanding of P&ID, Piping Isometric and Equipment drawings
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 5 years industry related experience.

8 Instrument Engineer
Positions vacant - 2 No.

Qualification
Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics 8 to 10 years
Experience
• Installation and maintenance of DCS, ESD, PLC, F&G, SCADA and Instrumentation System for Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas and Offshore Oil Platform Projects with a reputable contracting company.
• Candidate having experience in Detailed Engineering, Estimation & Tendering of DCS, ESD, PLC, F&G, SCADA and Instrumentation System will be preferred and candidate must familiar with all kinds of Instrumentation Drawings, Datasheets, Specifications, International Instrumentation Standards, MTO, Test Reports and Progress Monitoring for above type of projects.
• Gulf experienced will be preferred.

9 Instrument Supervisor
Positions vacant - 1 No.

Qualification
Diploma in Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum of 8 to 10 years
Experience
• Supervision of Installation, Maintenance, Repair, Test, Calibration and Loop Checking of Pneumatic & Electronic Instrumentation, DCS, ESD, PLC, F&G, SCADA for Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas and Offshore Projects.
• Gulf experienced will be preferred.

10 Instrument Supervisor
(Fire & Gas / Fire Alarm)
Positions vacant - 2 No.

QualificationDiploma in Engineering with 5 - 10 years
Experience
• Installation, maintenance, testing, calibration in the field of Fire & Gas Detection System in the field of Offshore Oil Platform Projects. Candidate should be having knowledge of the calibration, testing, maintenance of the following: Catalytic Gas Detectors / Toxic Gas Detectors / Infrared Gas Detectors / Gas Beam Detectors / Manual Alarm Call Point (MAC) / Optical Detection (UV/IR) / Optical Detection of Flame (IR) / Early Warning Smoke Detection / Optical Smoke Detection / Heat Detector (Rate of Rise) / Heat Detector (Thermostatic) / Fire Alarm Control Panel / Ionization Smoke Detector / Flammable Gas Detector / IR Flame Detector
• Hands on Experience on General Monitors (Flame Detectors), Fire Sentry (Flame Detectors), Zelwegger (Gas Detectors), TYCO (Smoke Detectors), Kidde – Fenwal (Heat Detectors), VESDA (Laser Plus) HSSD System and FM 200 Maintenance is a mandatory requirement.
