OFFICE ENGINEER (CIVIL WORKS)

Requirements:
• D3 Civil preferably from Engineering.
• Min. 5 years experiences in cut & fill project, roads and bridges, construction, building, the program countour soil, measurement, budgeting, calculation of material and certified experts.
• Preferably Ms Office and Autocad, Land Development, Soft Desk & other engineering software.
• Capable for processing data form Total Station .
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Good reporting system.
• Work in detail, time manageable and traget oriented.
• Willing to travel or located in remote area

SURVEYOR

Responsibilities:
• Periodic surveys of both overburden and mining product’s reconciliation.
• Understand topographical surveys and productions in eartworks/hard rock/metalliferous/other mineral mining products.
• Preparation of plan from field survey.
• Mine planning and maintaining computer models of mine.

Requirements:
• Min STM Surveyor/Pemetaan, D3 Geodetic from reputable University.
• Having minimum 4 years experience in mining or civil projects
• Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.
• Ready to work in remote area.

COAL AND MINERAL MINING SITE MANAGER

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal and mineral operation project (nickel, iron Ore, bauxite, etc).
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
• Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
• Preferably held a “POU” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at remote area

STONE QUARRY SITE MANAGER

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or Civil Engineer.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in stone crusher/quarry operation
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Stone Quarry management principles and practices.
• Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at remote area

MINE ENGINEER HEAD

Responsibilities:
• To provide the leadership and coaching within the engineering group.
• To determine the work activities and priorities of the engineering groups.
• To ensure the completion of projects on time and within budget and to the required standard of quality, meeting the needs of both the company and clients.
• To provide competent and professional short and long term planning functions to ensure the targets set by the projects are met on time.
• To manage the operations of the mine planning, general engineering, costing and environmental department.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in mining engineer.
• Minimum 7 years experience as senior engineer in coal & mineral operation project.
• Experience in mine design concepts and operations in mining, scheduling and planning.
• Has knowledge and familiar with Mincom, Micro Mine, Sur pac, Map info, Auto cad.
• Understanding Drill and blasting activities, cost control system, explosive usage and procedures, AMI codes standards and RTKPL Procedures.
• Good communication skill: written & Verbal.
• Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate
• Willing to be located at remote area

HEAVY EQUIPMENT & DUMPTRUCKS MAINTAINANCE HEAD

Responsibilities:
• Reviews plant costs to maintain/reduce on budget on all plant items as determine by the plant rates.
• Conducts and attend weekly communications meeting as required.
• To Implement preventative maintenance schedules and repair.
• Service of equipment accordance to this procedure.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree Mechanical or Senior technical school.
• Minimum 6 years industrial experience in managing heavy equipments’ maintainance.
• Good communications skills written-verbal, Computer literacy.
• Ready to work in remote area

MECHANIC & ELECTRICIAN

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least STM/SMK degree or equivalen
• Have min. 2 years job experienced
• Preferable has sound knowledge in the same position in handling dump truck and heavy equipments
• Has understanding and knowledge in handling trouble shoting, overhaul and unit maintenance
• Able to read parts catalogue
• Has knowledge of unit component and electricity
• Has capability to analyze troble shouting
• Has a good and strong of mental &physical health
• Able to work at high pressure to achieve the target
• Willing to be located at remote area

HSE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
• Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures.
• Remain all elements of OHS&E (including project elements) to improve safety performance.
• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Occupation Health, Safety and Environmental qualification.
• Minimum five (5) years experiences in similar roles in coal & mineral mining operation project.
• Good understating about OHS legislation, coal & mineral safety.
• Certified AK3 (ahli K3) & POP will be preferable.
• Good communication skills
• Able working under pressure.
• Able working without supervision.
• Ready to work in remote area


HRD & GA SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:
• To be responsible in managing and maintaining all HRD&GA daily activities
• To manage recruitment and staffing process
• To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. compensation and benefits, people motivation, discipline, employee services, employee welfare, and grievance procedures)
• To manage general HRD administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices
• Control & Monitoring daily manpower time sheet as at project site.
• Check & Monitoring of the Employee Salary & Overtime calculation.
• Check & Monitoring Jamsostek & Health Insurance.
• Check, Control & Monitoring the Employee Roster Leave.
• To facilitate effective communication and staff relation across the organization
• Control & Supervisory Camp Boss, Canteen and Camp Crew activities at the site.
• Government Relation & Community Development.
• Supervisory, Control and monitoring Security Member activity.
• Supervisory, Control and Monitoring Transport activity.

Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering from reputable university
• Min. 5 years experiences in related position
• Good in analytical, reporting and communication skills, able to work under pressure.
• Ready to work in remote area.

FINANCE STAFF / SENIOR CASHIER

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years experiences as Cashier officer
• Familiar with Journal / cash flow
• Familiar of writing checks and demand deposits
• Able to operate Accurate and MYOB.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent in oral & written English
• Computer Literate in using Ms Office, Internet
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently as well as team
