PT Titan Mineral Utama, a leading public company engaged in the nickel processing plant (Smelter) its plant located in Bantaeng Sulawesi Selatan.
Right now we are looking for potential candidates who have Good Characters, High Commitment and Competency.

Procurement Supervisor

Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in
Engineering Field from reputable University.
Age 25 – 40 years old
Minimum 5 (Five) years experiences in the same position, including
knowledge of long lead items, expediting, delivery chain,
procurement agreements/orders, custom clearance of materials, Master
List, etc.
Good understanding of procurement and tendering procedures.
Must have strong leadership, excellent negotiation skills, well
organized and discipline, smart working, proactive and able to work
in the team.
Fast leaner & have a good conceptual and analytical skill.
Fluency is spoken and written English, Mandarin (preferable).
Good computer literate min Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel,
Power Point, etc)
Willingness to travel.

Job Description
Analyzing, calculating and managing procurement’s budget
Managing and verifying procurement contracts, purchase requisitions
and creating request for purchase order.
Process, control and monitoring procurement / payment vendor management.
Support daily activity of Procurement department
Ability to quickly able to adapt and understand the company’s basic
procurement system and procedures.
Involve in co-ordination of the procurement function due to the
company policy and procedures.
Continuous follow-up with assigned supplier accounts
Plan, organize, and control procurement activities in assigned
business unit(s) and report to Procurement Head.
Organize, control and reviewing a wide variety of requisitions and
sourcing potential vendors, reviewing bid proposals from vendors and
making recommendation ; and following up with vendors on goods delivery.
Evaluate vendors’ performance.
Ensure that records of purchased items, cost, delivery, performance
and inventory are well maintained.
