Qualifications


1. Lead Civil/ Structural Engineer

• Minimum bachelor degree in Civil (higher degree preferred)
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering design, especially in mining structures; civil/ structure/ geotech
• Understands engineering design process, from creating basic documents (specifications, design basis, etc.) up to detailing documents (calculations, drawings, etc.)
• Skilled in analysis software (SAP 2000/ Staad Pro/ Prokon, etc.) and excellent in Excel spreadsheet and other office software.
• Strong ability to work with engineers in other Departments (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.), coordinating the works, supervising and monitoring/ directing subordinates.
• Understand and expertise in detailing works (connections, anchors, embedments, etc)

2. Business Development

• Holding bachelor Engineering degree from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
• High level understanding of EPC, EPCM and Engineering Project on minerals, mining, power plant and Oil & Gas Industries
• Min. 6 years of experience as Project Engineer with mixture placement both on-site and head office
• Able to operate Engineering design software
• Familiar with international and local codes/standards, i.e: IBC, UBC, Australian Standards, British Standards, local standards (SNI)
• Excellent skills on ; presentation, negotiation, market/industry knowledge, Client service.
• Must have advance skills on English language both written and verbal, third language ability is advantage.


3. Lead Mechanical Engineer

• Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience
• Familiar with Mechanical Engineering Software such as Helix, PV-Elite, CAESAR, etc. would be an advantage
• Strenght in development of design and engineering calculations, datasheets & specifications, MTOs, RFQ packages and TBE’s.
• Strong ability to work with engineers in other Departments (Civil, Electrical, etc.), coordinating the works, supervising and monitoring/ directing subordinates.
• Knowledge in fabrication is preferred; Materials Handling Systems, pump and piping systems, etc.

4. Mechanical Engineer

• Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience
• Familiar with Mechanical Engineering Software such as Helix, PV-Elite, CAESAR, etc. would be an advantage
• Strength in development of design and engineering calculations, datasheets & specifications, MTOs, RFQ packages and TBE’s.
• Able to manage designers and drafters
• Knowledge on mining bulk Materials Handling Systems will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in fabrication is preferred; Materials Handling Systems, pump and piping systems, etc.

5. Contract/ Commercial Engineer

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Law, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 4 years direct project experience in procurement and contracting for EPC, EPCM, construction and other related services in the mining, minerals or O&G sectors.
• Familiar with FIDIC terms & conditions (white & yellow book), Incoterms 2001, tax regulations, insurance and risk management
• Capable of undertaking commercial contract evaluations and drafting changes in English language.

6. Estimator

• Bachelor degree in engineering preferred from mechanical background
• 4-5 years’ experience in similar position preferred from mining Company/Consultant
• Must be able to operate computer program mainly Ms-Excel with good skill
• Having enough knowledge of construction method both Civil and ME (Mechanical & Electrical)
• Good communication skill in English both written & verbal
• Able to work in project team

7. Project Engineer

• Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering (all disciplines) higher degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the relevant industries
• Able to work with both design engineers and field engineers to assist the Project Manager to take projects from engineering level to construction. Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams within the project environment.
• Able to function effectively in both field and engineering office roles; i.e. develop engineering solutions and calculations, able to develop construction method statements, manage contractors and technical package Vendors.
• Able to write professional technical reports in English Language.

8. Planner / Scheduler

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering preferred.
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in similar position preferably in mining and/or energy sectors. Direct project experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of technical project activities in mining and/or energy sectors to deliver a project, i.e. knowledge of construction methods and durations across a relevant multi-disciplinary project.
• Competent in Primavera is mandatory with MS Project proficiency assumed.

9. Document Control (Site Based)

• Has minimum Diploma graduate from any major discipline (male)
• Has minimum 3 years work experiences as Project Document Controller with knowledge in handling EPC Projects
• Has computer literacy in Ms. Office, and English proficiency, both written and oral.
• Has attention to details and good communication skill.
• Able to work as a team
• Willing to work at site in remote area based on company’s rule and roster

10. Document Control (Head Office)

• Has minimum Diploma graduate from any major diclipline
• Has minimum 1-2 years work experiences as Document Controller in Engineering company, ISO company is preferred
• Has computer literacy in MS. Office, and English proficiency, both written and oral
• Having knowledge in QDMS would be an advantage
• Has attention to details and good communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to work as a team
