Catalog Data Management Administrator
Location: Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia

The Catalog Data Management Administrator performs all administrative tasks involved in creating and maintaining supplier catalogs.

Successful administrators are customer focused, good communicators, and detail oriented.

This position reports directly to the Procurement Leader for Master Data Management.

Responsibilities

Proactively works with suppliers to obtain information to create product catalogs.
Edits, formats, and enriches catalog data with company attributes and uploads catalogs to catalog management system.
Reviews and analyzes catalog data for accuracy.
Monitors tickets raised on catalog content and resolves issues.
Monitors catalogs for product expiration dates and communicates relevant information to supplier managers.
Communicates with suppliers on improving data content and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant subject.
Fluency in English language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in data management systems, including ERP, procurement, and logistics systems preferred.
Ability to reliably perform detailed QC checks.

Supplier Administrator
Location: Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia

The Supplier Administrator performs all administrative tasks involved in creating and maintaining supplier records in various ERPs and associated procurement and logistics systems. Additional responsibilities include monitoring, responding to, and resolving all issues raised in the company ticketing system related to assigned supplier records.

Successful Supplier Administrators are detail oriented, customer focused, and good communicators.

The Supplier Administrator reports directly to the Procurement Leader of Master Data Management.

Responsibilities

Creates records for new suppliers in various ERPs, procurement, and logistics systems.
Attaches suppliers to procurement systems, enabling sourcing.
Coordinates with outsourced accounts payable providers on changes to addresses, payment terms, and bank information or on need for reactivation.
Answers process-related questions and provide updates on status.
Ensures quality, completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data across systems.
Addresses issues relevant to ensuring efficient, timely field procurement.
Proactively communicates any potential supplier issues or missing items to requesters.
Coordinates with third parties involved in the procure-to-pay process.
Communicates with suppliers on improving data content and quality.
