Manager – HSE (Hi-Rise Building)
Jakarta

Responsibilities:
To manage HSE work activities of the project area to which he has been assigned according to the operational implementation of policies, guidelines and procedures with the prime objective of ensuring that project is meet the companys HSE standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent ;
• Experience in High Rise Building Project;
• Registered as a HSE Professional with relevant HSE Organization & or Governmental Body ;
• 10 - 12 years experience in HSE implementation at operational & corporate level in similar/heavy industry ;
• Comprehensive knowledge & experience of HSE Management System & their implementation at an operational level ;
• Experience in leading and delivering HSE related mentoring, training & awareness programs ;
• Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections ;
• Experience in leading incident investigations, analysis & reporting processes ;
• Experience with emergency response planning & management an advantage ;
• Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters(meeting, presentation, report writing) ;
• Intermediate skills on MS-Word, Excel, & PowerPoint ;
• Advanced knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements ;
• Advance skill in Incident Investigations ;

Construction - Supervisor (Industrial)
Jakarta

Responsibilities:
To coordinate a specific building finishes activity to which he has been assigned according to agreed plan, while maintaining a health & safe working environment with the prime objective of ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly production targets are achieved.

Requirements:
• Diploma in civil /structural engineering or related disciplines ;
• Deep knowledge upon practical application of building and civil construction & safety legal requirements ;
• 4 – 7 years experience in civil/construction ;
• Experience in Industrial Project ;
• Have extensive experience in building finishes works with a capability in monitoring direct staff and subcontractors ;
• Experience in managing operational and technical role in the construction industry ;
• Experience working at civil contractor is preferred ;
• Basic skills on MS-Word, and Excel ;

Procurment Manager

Responsibilities:
To manage end-to-end supply chain in civil procurement activities related to procuring supplies, materials, services and equipments in accordance with established procurement policies and procedures with the prime objective of ensuring the highest level of customer service to all function and assisting them to achieve their departmental and corporate objectives.

Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, economics, or related disciplines ;
• Deep knowledge upon logistic, procurement, warehouse operation & safety legal requirements ;
• 20 years experience ;
• Senior Position;
• Knowledge of the local market, products and armed with local contacts;

Responsibilities:
To support the manager in coordinating the civil design and engineering activities with the prime objective of ensuring construction activities are built as per design and specification, in line with LCI health and safety procedures and with the objective of meeting project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:
• Degree in civil / structural engineering, or related disciplines
• 8 – 10 years experience in civil/construction
• Have extensive on-site experience performing construction, road or civil projects.
• Have experience in QA/QC training and experience
• Have project management experience
• Proficient in English ;
• Indonesian citizen.

Civil Planning Engineer (Hi Rise Building)

Responsibilities:
To coordinate the preparation of civil planning requirement, design and scheduling activities with the prime objective of supporting the new contract engagement and ensuring that the civil projects are built as per design and specification, project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:
• Diploma in civil / structural engineering, or related disciplines ;
• 4 – 7 years experience in civil/construction ;
• Have extensive on-site experience performing general planning role on construction, road or civil projects ;
• In depth understanding of construction methodology covering building and civil infrastructure ;
• Have working experience in civil contractor is preferred ;
• Basic skills on MS-Word and Excel ;
• Strong quantitative and numeric skills ;
• Intermediate skills on Civil/Construction cost planning, cost estimating and analysis ;

Responsibilities:
To perform systematic activities in monitoring the civil/construction process complies to the set of quality standards and reviewing the quality aspect of the project operation with the prime objective of ensuring that the resulting work is aligned with the client’s requirement and the company and certification standards..

Requirements:
• Diploma in civil / structural engineering, or related disciplines ;
• Undergraduate degree is preferred ;
• Experience in Industrial Projects ;
• 4 – 7 years experience in civil/construction ;
• Relevant working experience in the construction industry ;

Site – Manager (Hi-Rise Building)

Responsibilities:
To lead the Civil/Construction/Marine Division and the Business Unit Plant strategy by ensuring project profitability in a timely and cost effective manner. The role provides a place of work that is safe and free from personal and environment risk, ensures quality of work from the team, and promotes collaborative client relations with the prime objective of preserving the company image and securing further work.

Requirements:
• Degree in civil engineering related disciplines ;
• Post Graduate Degree (preferred) ;
• Min 15 years experience in civil/construction ;
• Experience in Hi-Rise Building Project ;
• Have extensive experience in civil infrastructure works with a capability in both managing civil and infrastructure planning (short or long term planning) and civil engineering ;
• Have extensive experience in civil infrastructure works with a capability in both managing civil workshop and project construction and quantity surveys ;

• 1 - 2 years experience ;
• Experience in Industrial Projects ;
• Relevant document control experience in construction/mining industry accounting is preferred ;
• Have an exposure in document control procedures ;
• Experience working at mining/civil contractor is preferred ;
• Basic skills on MS-Word and Excel ;

HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities:
