PT Meares Soputan Mining is developing the Toka Tindung Gold Project in North Sulawesi. Applicants are invited for the following position:



PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT

The Planning Superintendent will have close liaison with the mining, community and process plant department and contractor to ensure that any tasks contained in the projects plans meet the needs of the business. In addition, the planning superintendent works closely with all support departments includes the contractor to ensure the quality and efficiency of work are maintained at the highest levels without compromise with respect to safely. The Planning Superintendent will also be responsible for providing the maintenance planning services for Toka Tindung project, including shut-down maintenance programming and to develop plans and strategies for the improvement of maintenance activities.

Requirements :
• Demonstrated previous experience of at least 2 years as a maintenance planner
• PRONTO or main frame maintenance package systems training
• Maintenance Planner certification
• Communicable, flexible work ethic and consistent under pressure
• Computer Advanced
• Indonesian Driving License
• Good English both oral & written
• Bachelor degree (S-1) in Engineering
• Trade Qualification in mechanical or electrical discipline.
• Post trade planning certificate or equivalent will be highly regarded.
• High computer skills and fluent in all the main Microsoft suits including Excel, Word, Project and Access
• Minimum of 10 years practical trades experience in metallurgical fixed plant environment.
• Minimum of 3 years experience of maintenance planning in metallurgical fixed plant environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a metallurgical fixed plant


MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENT

This position will be responsible for the overall management of the maintenance effort from primary crusher through the miling & grinding areas to the gold room as well as outlying areas such as water supply & tailing disposal system includes : Safety,Budget, Work & Preparation, Work Execution & Improvement, employee management, coordination and communication, system & procedures.

Requirements :
• Communicable, flexible work ethic and consistent under pressure
• Computer Advanced skill with MS. Project 2010
• Indonesian Driving License
• Good English both oral & written
• Bachelor degree (S-1) in Engineering
• Experiences with Gyratory Crushers, SAG & Ball Malls, conveyor belt repair & maintenance
• Practical supervision of maintenance team in a process plant environment of at least 10 years.
• Previous Process Plant commissioning & post commissioning experience in a isolated or difficult geographical location.
• Prefer has Kompetensi Teknisi Mekanik Certificate
