Job description
• Implement, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of corporate management policies and government regulations relating to industrial relations issues, compensation benefits, recruitment, community relations, and general affairs.

Qualifications:
• Minimum education level S1 majoring in Management / Law / Psychology
• Minimum age 35 years
• Have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the same field
• Having managerial skills
• Have good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Able to speak English well
• Willing to be placed in the Site (Kalimantan Area)
