We are searching for new oil and gas reserves from central Sumatra to offshore East Kalimantan. We have begun design work on our deepwater natural gas project off East Kalimantan through Chevron Indonesia Company Our geothermal operations in Indonesia help make Chevron the largest producer of geothermal energy in the world. Chevron sells lubricants in Indonesia through our subsidiary PT Chevron Oil Products Indonesia.


Project Manager - Asset Retirement (Ext-1/FE/EXP/CHEVRON-IBU/HO/2012)

Riau - Sumatra


Requirements:

10+ years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with demonstrated experience and track record using PMBOK or PMF to manage a portfolio of asset retirment projects
Direct experience and demonstrated ability to manage any of the following: surface facility decommissioning, well P&A, piepeline retirement, site assessment and remediation of pits, spills impacting soil and groundwater
Experienced leading the multi-discipline engineers and directing the work ectivities and coordinated interface among teams to execute projects
Familiar or direct experience in: crude oil chemistry, monitor well construction, hydrogeology, and remedition technologies for crude oil contaminated soil
Knowledgeable of GOI regulations impacting assessment, waste classification, and treatment or disposal alternatives in the oil and gas industry
Strong skill in cost and schedule control for assigned projects to ensure efficient execution
Familiar with the application of construction safety aspects to acheive good safety record
Have a good leadership and communication, both in English and Bahasa
Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for asset retirement projects such as surface facility decommissioning, site assessment and remediation, land reclamation, and well P&A projects
Customers may include all operating units in CPI including Heavy Oil, Sumatra Light North and South, Hydrocarbon Transport, Power Generation and Transmission, and Supply Chain Management
Coordinate, guide and coach a small group of early career engineers to execute asset retirement projects under his/her portfolio
Manage projects using Project Managment Framework apporach proprietary to Chevron with emphasis on Generate and Select Alternatives Phase, Develop Preferred Alternatives Phase, and Execute Phase
Provide primary interface with SKKMIGAS (Production Sharing Contractor managers) to facilitate alignment on technical approach and acquire GoI funding approval and also drive advocacy efforts with KLH (Environmental Regulators) for their alignment and issuance of permits or approvals
Develop contracting plans for projects and be responsible for scope, budget, and schedule performance
Responsible for preparation of bid documents, bid evaluation, supervision of construction projects, project cost control scheduling & reporting, safe execution of projects
Manage the primary Environmental Design and Services Contract including negotiation of replacement contracts, primarily for environmental site investigations
Be a consultant to assist CPI customers with development of investigation and remediation strategies or answer specific questions pertaining to assessment or remediation


Insurance Accountant (Ext-106/FIN/EXP/CHEVRON-IBU/OU/2013)
Jakarta Raya

Requirements:
At least 4 years experience in Insurance Accounting department of Oil and Gas Industry.
Familiar with Insurance requirements including PTK044 from SKK Migas.
Having a good presentation skill is required.
Experience in MS Office and strong in MS Excel.
Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operation locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
Have a good leadership and communication, both in English and Bahasa.
Able to establish effective relationship with SKKMIGAS, Insurance Companies, people from other culture and backgrounds.

Handling tender process of Construction All Risk (Major Project Insurance), Third Party Liabilities Insurance, Marine Cargo and Air Crew Personal Accident.
Coordinate claim processes for all type of Insurances.
Facilitate Risk Mgt Assessment to Operation Team.
Coordinate Reporting required by SKKMIGAS.
Serve as a Tender Committee
