We are a national drilling contractor Services Company that is seeking for dynamic, motivated, and capable individuals to fill up the following job opportunity as :

Project Manager
Kalimantan Tengah


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, with a preference for environmental or safety discipline
Male
Age between 32 — 45 years old
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Fluent English skill, both written and spoken
Computer literate
Have ability to work in team, pro-active, highly motivated, excellence communicating skills and strong analytical,
inspirational with new ¡deas, good in human approach capability, independent and good interpersonal skill
Having a good strong leadership
Having strong ability in calculation of tools productivity
Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrated
Able to use mining software like Mine scape / Surpac / AutoCad
Minimum 4 (four) years experience as Site Manager in drilling field or mining industry would be an advantage
Having experience and familiar with HSE
Has a good knowledge about drilling field
Willing to work at Central Kalimantan, with a duty roster of 6:2


Responsibilities:

Maintain and monitor all the Project activities and programs
Develops the company regulations, procedures, and systems that suit with the company requirements.
Closely Monitor the Roster of the Drilling personnel
Motivating, controlling, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutìons, conclusions, or
approaches to problems.
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
Monitor and help improve the progress of the project and establish good relationships with clients
Forecast future staffing and organizational needs.


Receptionist
Cikarang (Jawa Barat) - Jababeka

Responsibilities:

Bertanggung jawab terhadap telepon masuk dan pendataannya
Bertanggung Jawab dalam Penerimaan dokumen dari pihak eksternal maupun Internal
Memberikan layanan yang baik dan ramah kepada setiap tamu
Pengaturan Receptionist & Guest room (termasuk peralatan didalamnya)

Requirements:

Wanita
Usia Max 25 tahun
Pendidikan Min. SMK Pariwisata/Perhotelan/Sekretaris, Diploma 3 (D3) ilmu Perhotelan dan/atau Sekretaris
Menguasai bahasa Inggris baik lisan dan tulisan
Penampilan menarik, komunikatif, ramah, sopan, pekerja keras, ulet, kreatif, Jujur dan mandiri
Fresh Graduate atau berpengalaman min. 1 tahun diposisi yang sama (lebih disukai)
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
Lokasi Kerja di Cikarang, Jababeka II
