Proposal Specialist (Contract-Based)

Requirements:
Skills are typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration.
Preferably experienced candidates with a maximum of 2 years of experience, fresh graduates are also welcome.
Experience in tender preparation is preferred and will be an advantage.
Good command of oral and written English.
Good knowledge of Indonesia tender requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills and organizational experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skill.
Experience in practical work.
Responsibilities:
Prepares comprehensive job analysis, proposals, and bid preparation for customer evaluation.
Utilizes technical knowledge of company services in analyzing job requirements.
Proofreads, edits, and reviews written proposal material during proposal effort to ensure customer defined requirements are met.
