General Manager - Based at Batam, Construction to Oil & Gas Industry (DAC 040614)

General Manager - Based in Batam (Indonesia)

Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering
Relevant working experience of 10 to 15 years
Experienced working in Singapore before are advantageous
Possess drive and profound business acumen

Responsibilities:
Lead, direct and control the activities of a business unit of the organisation and achieves its short and long term financial and operating objectives as set by the overall corporate business plan
Key accountabilities in: Business Development, Engineering Management, Safety/Quality/Productivity, Human Resource and Finanical.
Direct and control the engineering and technical operations of the organisation in consultation with other managers and professionals to ensure that standard quality cost safety and performance are observed and that time schedules are met
Plan engineering methods, policies and procedures
Lead, guide, evaluate and develop a team of engineering managers with design engineering responsibilities to ensure that the organisation achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws

Basic Salary: Up to SGD11000 per month
Industry: Construction to Oil & Gas industries
Location: Batam - Indonesia
