Human Resource Manager
(Riau - Batam)

Requirements:
A minimum Degree in Human Resource Management
A minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with supervisory responsibilities
Thorough knowledge of Indonesia HR practise & regulations
Demostrated good management & organizational skills
Ethical, resourceful, self-motivated & self-starter
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good fluent written and oral English is essential
Ability to demostrated initiative & assertiveness
Ability to plan & manage work in an efficient manner & work well under stress & time pressure

Responsibilities:
Directs and manages all HR activities for the area including attraction, selection, reward & compensation, development & reassigment of personnel
Keeps abreast of legislation effecting human resources; trains management & monitors Company policies to ensure compliance
Acts as a focal point for assigned area or fuctions, answers quetions & provides information ensuring adherence to all applicable requirements
Conducts recruitment effort for all levels of personnel. Includes new-employee orientations, employee relations counseling & conducts exit interviews
Monitors integrity in the preparation, maintenance & updating of Company systems & HR information to ensure that all pertinent personnel are properly captured, effectively managed & maintained at all times
