REQUIREMENTS :
Able to motivate and bring the best for our employees
Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya
Have a board knowledge of Psychology and Labor Law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Experience with SOP concept, HR System and familiar with ISO 9001 2000
Strong in recruitment, assignment, personnel administration, training and management development
Male/Female 23 – 30 year old
Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology/Law/Human Resources Management
Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources and General Affair and manage more than 70 employees
